big problem with support team

[Mod edit- WSD - PLease do not post names] , this are the names of some of the agents my son have talked with in the past months in the support and no one seems to want to solve his problem, they keep sending him all over the places but no solutions.

this morning after a lot of more fights with them the only solution they gave me was to come here and ask you the compensation they cant give him for what they did , so here im trying to solve a problem before my son does something he may regreat because he is[Mod edit - WSD - Profanity andalluding to profanity is against the ToS} and feel very disrespected by the xbox department.

here you can see one of his posts " ok i dont want to be here and lose a lot more time than i already lost with this thing im sick and tired of imcompetence.
so the thing is very easy , last summer i tried to enter a forza 7 swepstakes at least i had the right to do it but this all ended in some kind of nightmare .
everything was ok but when i tried to register with email , adress … i got one error saying my email was already behing used to log in then i tried another one and another one with the exact same error message.
in my head that was one problem with the account so i went to the xbox support were i was told to contact forza team and ask them help , wich i did but without any help from them .
i got back to the support and they told me "ok we will open here a case and send this to the rewards team and to the rangers too you just need to wait for the awser you will get by email " the awser never came so i went to search for that awser and only one day before the giveaway was over i was sent here to solve it and i told them that i need everything to be reported because as soon as i came here your information was that you never got anything or was even contacted by them about me .
i go to the support team and demand a compensation for what they did and a lot of more things that has been happening and they send me right back here saying you are the only ones that can compensate me for what happened because they cant , i come here and you say since i never registered in that giveaway i cant be compensated by you so who the hell will solve this ?
you have the reasons why i didnt register , that was a right i had as a costumer i just did what i was asked to do so someone needs to assume what happened isnt me who haves to be prejudicated in all of this when i had no fault in it .
so i want to be compensated for everything and im tired of this im not a damm ball to be sent from one side to another ".

He tried to contact you by twitter , foruns and didnt got any awser , let me remind you either that he was insulted either in your foruns when he contacted you as he was told to do .

giving the fact that the rewarsds team refuses to solve this even sent be the support and that the support keeps saying they dont have the tools to compensate my son like he demanded im here trying to solve this is a good way before this haves to go by the wrong way , i told the support i dont know how you can compensate about this situation but they garanteed me you were the right place to talk with lets hope that is true

i have no problem posting the names so everyone can see who made the mistakes , as a worker i have people in my watch i have to control and if one of them makes a mistake i have to be hold responsible for that and what i see is that during a month wrong information after wrong information was given and no one cared about that , i respect everyone’s work as long as they respect my family either and that is something neither the support or rewards team as been doing

yes my son was available to enter and the proof is that he entered a sweepstakes this January with the same rules and he had friends winning dlcs , controllers and 500 dollars gift cards . everything that he had to prove was proven to the support and rewards team , no one that wasnt eligible to enter could get in the menu where he got the error.

my son was disrespected including here , contacted a lot of places including you and the only thing he got from you was one insult here in the foruns , he said he would accept errors but never insults or things like happened so he demanded from the support team a compensation he never said anything more than they making an offer both could agree with but they only offered him xbox live gold wich he said was far from behing a compensation after 10 months on this

The virtual sweepstakes key for the Porsche wasn’t last summer, it was last fall. Not everyone won something.

I won a drivers suit dlc code, VIP for FM7, and the hoonigan dlc. That was out of approximately 15 tries. Numerous people reported not winning anything, which is very usual for a ‘sweepstakes’ or drawing.

I guess I’m not understanding what exactly the actual problem is, because to access it, you have to log in to Xbox rewards with your Microsoft account(I.e. the exact same account a person uses to login on their Xbox). It ran for a very short period of time, giving one chance per day, I believe for 7-8 days. You could earn more keys by meeting certain criteria, which is how I ended up with 15 chances.

This whole thread is a bit confusing
From what you have said he never even entered the sweepstakes due to not having a valid email address but still wants the rewards that other people won in that sweepstakes

I never won anything
Not everyone won…just like lotto

Should i be compensated too for not wining anything…even though i actually entered the sweepstakes with multiple entries

Never won either but a friend did and gave me a code he won :P. No one can help you, you missed out and it’s nothing anyway. One of the strangest posts I’ve even seen. I’m entitled to a contest that ended months ago. Honestly

first of all there are no child here to explain anything and this isn’t about winning or losing anything , this is about what happened when he asked the help .

no one said he couldn’t have entered , no one said he wasnt using a valid email or that he asked a compensation because he didn’t won anything in the sweepstakes .

the truth is that including here my son contacted and was insulted , the truth is that my son went to a support team that asked him to come here and go to like 10 places when none of that places were available to help or just didn’t even awser.

its kind of a shame that a support asks my son to come here and he does that to get someone that thinks is very smart telling him he is a little kid .

i saw my son post and he almost begged for help solving that problem he wasnt disrespectful to anyone still no one helped him , i saw the 20 contacts over twitter that forza team never answered while awsering all the other posts , the emails to your feedback email without awsers , the xbox support contact on twitter that took 1 month to awser and in the end of this all was the agents telling him to wait that the rewards team already had the case in their hands and they never had anything.

his problem was reported on 19 September the sweepstakes ended on 18 October so during almost a month the xbox team made a fool out of him and the proof is the way even yourselfs here awsered him .
this isn’t about what he won or could have won but about respect , the respect you should have for your costumers specially the xbox support should have and never had .

i learned about this one month ago but from what i know my son told them that he would have accepted a sorry for the mistakes but after everything and the way he was treated that time was already gone .

just to be clear here the problem was already reported here at the time of his contact , every time he tried to register his entry he got one error saying his email was already being used even if he tried new ones he always got that error and that is why he contacted asking help , he knew the more time he couldn’t log in the less chances he had

i appreciate the awsers but if you don’t understand or think you are more than anyone else you shouldn’t even awser anyone , coming here without understanding anything just to say its stupid its better to shut up and stay in your place because im not contacting any of you i accept any awser and have no problem explaining things but if you come here to call the other post stupid you aren’t there doing anything , ok ?

You seem to be having a few problems however the sweepstakes, how it was run, the support you received from Xbox and what xbox told either you or your son to do have nothing to do with Forza Motorsport or this forum. You also seem to be complaining about the lack of response, help and the snarky responses you did get either here, via twitter or by PM which is something that while is relevant to this forum is probably best addressed via private communication to their Email address which is ForzaFB@microsoft.com.
