I was getting a finale after every championship won ( every 4 races ) and today I haven’t had one. Did the last update stop that?

Related to this issue described above but with an opposite situation…
I have no final race at all. Dozens of championchips played and won in all locations and final race never appeared again.
All locations show 13 of 28 finished. But only 2 final race played as no longer was offered.
Can anybody suggest a cause?

^ You only get 2 finales anyway…after that nothing happens when you do 12 championships, just an awards party at the hub every 3 roadtrips.
I was getting a finale after every championship for ages. I’ve been playing this game for abouit a month and have about $17,000,000 
The first 2 finales were after 15 championships each and then it was one after each championship. I must have done over 100 of them.
