Is part 2 of the Finale the last one? I just completed it and got less than 100k, they can’t be serious? How are we suppose to buy all the cars we want unless you just grind races for like 8 hours every day? I have made less than 10 million total with barely spending any credits. Just TWO cars alone that I want will cost me what I have made total already at level 118. At this pace I would have to be around level 500 to get the cars + upgrades that I want. I’m sorry, but there is just simply not enough time to do that. I have been sick for almost a week now which is why I am even able to play this much. Between living a life, just wanting to cruise around in game to explore things, and many other games releasing that will be almost impossible. In FH1 the Finale gave you WAY more credits and the wheelspins gave you awesome stuff. It made being able to get the cars you wanted realistic, this is unrealistic unless you have no life or play no other games.
I think they were going for enjoying the journey, rather than rushing through it. They don’t expect you to beat it all in a week, they want you to keep playing after you beat the finale’s to get the other cars. Don’t get me wrong, I agree with you completely, but I wouldn’t hold my breath for a change. What you can do though is keep your eyes on Forza Rewards. They will probably update that to include FH2 and give you bonus credits each month.
Don’t know which finale you completed XB1 or 360, I just finished mine an hour ago (XB1) and received over a million for it.
XBO and Finale 2. I got over 1 million for the first Finale.
I’m pretty sure after you beat it once, and you go to do it a second time you don’t get the same amount of credits.
I.E: First time you complete the finale you get 1Million CR. Second time you complete the finale you get 80k.
Which this doesn’t make sense to me. Why not make it the same amount everytime?

On a side note, in Project Cars, all cars are unlocked & no currency. Totally focus on your career path.
I’m not singling you out but I am curious to the motivation behind why people keep bringing up and making comparisons between Project Cars and Horizon 2. Having played an early beta build at a buddies house(build was high 700s) I can honestly say a more appropriate comparison would be Drive Club or Need for Speed. The only similarity is that they are both racing games.
On a side note, we’re here for Forza, not some other game, please, keep things on track. (pun maybe intended)
On topic: It is disheartening to hear the second final race provides less money than the first. At least I have Forza Rewards to help my bank roll along. I just wish tokens were around.
I don’t wish tokens were here! Do you remember what happened in Forza 5? At the launch of Forza 5 you could spend $50 dollars of real money on one car, and if you wanted to earn the credits by actually playing the game it would take you weeks to get the credits needed to buy the “expensive cars” (Lotus F1 car springs to mind) They had to completely redesign the economy of Forza 5 from the ground up to appease the players because of the droves of white hot hatred that came up because very few people could put in the time to properly earn the expensive cars. This is also why DLC cars are free to purchase in game (if you remember this was not the case at the launch of Forza 5 or in previous titles).
Tokens were invented to make money for the developers (of all games, not just Forza titles) without developing new content. The only way to do that is to jack up the in game credit prices for everything and make the in game credits harder to get so the tokens look more appealing. I was absolutely pleased when I tried to buy a car and didn’t have the credits to do it because the game just said, “Sorry, not enough credits”. It did not say “Would you like to spend your hard earned money on in game money to buy something that you already paid for?”
I’m not yelling at you or anyone else I just wanted to state the fact that tokens are evil, vile, disgusting tricks created to line the pockets of developers without them having to develop anything extra for your money. Tokens are fine in a game that is free to download and play but we pay $60 to $150 per game for Forza titles. Everything in the game should be attainable for that initial purchase price.

Agreed! The tokens idea was stupid. I’m sure T10 made their money off it but probably got a lot of flak for it too. I hate that it is part of the rewards tier too.
I am sorry but I would rather earn my cars the hard way than be given the cars from the beginning.

After you complete the first finale your 15 championship countdown starts again exactly the way it did when you started the game. It leads up to finale 2 (which is a complete waste of time).
If you think playing the game is a complete waste of time then maybe you shouldn’t be playing at all.
Isn’t there an achievement for 168 Championships or something so how come only 2 Finale’s? I thought there would be 3 or 4 at least.
There’s a finale after every 15 Championships.
On another note, like others have said, it’s not meant to be completed in a week, or a month (if you’re talking about collecting cars). I’m Level 700 in FM5 and still don’t have all the cars, even being Tier 6 in Forza Rewards. Enjoy the game. Enjoy the journey.

I don’t have any VIP etc, it’s long, but I like it this way… I don’t want to rush the game in one week…
Every 15 Championships? Not in my game there’s not. I’ve just completed my 45th championship and while Ben keeps TALKING about me maybe getting into another finale and after that 2nd one, said he was putting together another one, there has been NO countdown towards another finale and having actually finished another 15, not even one appearing without a counter. I just had to return to the festival after the roadtrip as normal and the next morning just start another
