I just got an xbox one and Forza 6. Would it be wise to get Horizon 2?
Might be a better question for the Horizon community, but I would say absolutely yes. Very different sort of game, neither one takes away from the other and Horizon 2 was and is a ton of fun.
YES! Just like the other guy said- they are very different games. I think they are the 2 best racing games of this generation hands down, though. Horizon 2 has tons of content and you’ll keep thinking “just one more race” for hours.
Horizon is more arcadish and forza series is more sim-cade. I dont care for horizon too much although they are plenty cool but i got enough on my plate with f6 and next project cars2
Playground Games served FH2 piping hot last year, using tech from the year before that. Turn 10 has just put a scalding plate of FM6 in front of you, whose engine is an assimilation and evolution of what Playground had nearly two years ago.
Don’t eat cold food. Nostalgia will make you sick.
Get Horizon 2. Such a fun game and tons of activity.
There are certainly things to do in FH2 that cannot be done in FM6.
It’s fun for me as I can just cruise around and be a hoon without worrying about lap times.
I just did a back to back of FM5, FH2 and FM6 and I think I prefer the driving model of FM6 the most, the sound of FM5 the most and the driving environments of FH2 the most.
Sigh, wish they could all be rolled up into the one game.
