Hire more people full time to finish this game

No shade, no hate, no anger. Nearly all the issues we see w/ Forza could be fixed simply with more manpower, more workers to work on things.

Agreed, more opinions about things.

They won’t be hiring ANYONE for a while, the industry as a whole is laying off a lot of people these days.

Asking this question is an easy win, but unfortunately I don’t think Microsoft is going to give Turn 10 enough budget to do it, not after they just laid off 2,000 staff.

Also, even if a ton of staff started today, you likely wouldn’t see the effects of their labour for at least a year.

Additionally, some of the issues Forza Motorsport has are fundamental, and can’t be solved by simply throwing more staff at the problem. Ironically, some aspects of the game need to be built from the ground up…. again.

Unfortunately, there’s a of point of diminishing returns from just adding more ft workers. Plus, it’s not easy to reduce excess staff when they are no longer needed. They do need to better source contract help and for longer term.

This issue is more of a leadership issue. I find it suspect that direct project leads and their superiors are signing off on different game parts as ready for go-live when clearly they are bugged or altogether broken.

GOTY??? Good For You

They Did Have Lab42 To assist the Development of the Game I know this Because it said it on there website

Too many cooks spoil the soup. What they have to do is hire workers LONGTIME with health insurance and all other benefits, not these 18-6 contracts. Not replacing all of the staff every 1,5 years is good for a company. It doesn’t matter if it’s about gaming, a grocery store, a warehouse or a car workshop. Longterm workers make companies more effective in EVERY WAY. Sure they have to pay more money then and make less profits, but the quality of the product will always be better like this.
