I think this is a good read for us. The article, while short, really highlights one of the main problems… CORPORATE GREED.

This is absolutely downright… F…MESSED (for a lack of better words) up. I could go on and on about employee management, retention, institutionalizing knowledge, , etc etc… but i think the article says enough to know that they chose to create the most toxic work environment possible.
Its funny, I tried to utilize the search function and searched everything under the sun… I was almost sure this would have been posted before but it didn’t pull anything up.
I hadn’t noticed this particular “article” being posted here before, but the “article” is just a repost of the video - and the video has been posted here.
