can someone please tell me how to sell paint jobs…tuning set ups and so on???

You can’t sell anything in this game.
You can however share your paints and tune setups and will get paid a small amount should anyone use your paints/tunes.
You won’t get rich, however, from this. I probably get 10k at most a day from tunes and it took a long while to get that much per day. I usually make more simply by my Drivatar completing races against unknown players. Its some sort of magical thing because there is no way to determine where or how your Drivatar earned credits. You simply get a generic message that your Drivatar did something in a race to get credits…exciting.
In other words, unless you feel like spamming the marketplace with tunes/paints that may or may not be able to be found by others due to the terrible sorting feature and overall clunkyness of the whole system, there is a possibility you may not make a single credit despite having downloads and uses.

By the same token (pardon the phrase), credits can be earned pretty easily just by playing the game, and there is no “cost” to obtaining a Design or Vinyl.
