I had to delete my account off of my xbox and recover it to fix a bug I was having. After I did this, I went to play Forza and it begansyncing my profile, asking me to choose “This Xbox (Newer)” or “Sync from Cloud (Older)”. I chose “This Xbox” because it was newer but this restarted my game. All my cars, driver level etc. are gone. Please somebody help 
I even tried reinstalling the game but that did not work.
Seems you are out of luck as far as I can tell. You deleted everything off the console then picked the deleted console as your synced data after you had already deleted it. I don’t know if support can help you but contact them.
