hey guys,
my console recently hit issues so i had to order a replacement from xbox.
after sending off my old one and receiving the new one, and waiting 20 minutes for forza’s game data to sync. i find myself starting a fresh game. i had over 200 cars, i was level 512 and had 11,000,000 credits in my save game.
if any one has had this problem and knows a way to retrieve it please help me out cause that means all my hard work getting basically every car in the game has gone to waste

“The Cloud” is the area of expertise of Xbox Support. I would contact them to see if there is something they can do. Give them a call or chat with them: Xbox Support (or your localized version).

I hope they can do something for you. I lost (my fault) an attempt at saving my FM3 last year when the 360’s hard drive was going dead. I forgot the “stub” which is on the hard drive allowing us access to the Cloud information went bye-bye with the old drive. It may be different now with the Xbox One, maybe even part of your Profile so when we recover that information it would also download all the requisite data. I hope so.
