I just came here to say that I’m just waiting for a refund. I have already bought a new console and GT7. I expect absolutely nothing from MS/T10 except my money back! Even if FM were to work one day, I was so annoyed by the T10/MS business practices that I can’t imagine having to deal with it again.
There are providers who grow from a problem. MS/T10 are definitely not one of them. Failure to deliver the game as promised is unfortunate, but not a crime. But taking money without delivering it has a different quality.
T10 may remain silent, we paid to MS. And MS is hiding behind bots. The shop’s returns system rejects the refund 3 days after publication because the order was placed more than 14 days ago. The telephone ‘support’ consists of another bot, which only reads out a URL on the subject of XBOX. The bot behind this site is smart as a piece of bread.
There’s an unfortunate reality that I’m feeling might be headed our way. And that is that MS/T10, watching their player base dwindle to nothing, may just abandon the project of Forza Motorsport altogether, leaving all of us who dropped a hundred bucks on a hopelessly broken game high and dry.
And if/when that happens we all need to band together and begin investigating how to get a class action lawsuit off the ground. It’s DISGUSTING to me that I’ve spent a hundred dollars on a game and haven’t had the patience or inclination to continue past the approximately dozen hours I’ve played it.
I feel like they already abandoned this series long ago, like they’ve only been going through the motions doing the absolute bare minimum perhaps to fulfill some contractual obligations or something.
