Graphical fixes coming in

Colour me surprised (pun intended). Forza Motorsport is obviously getting graphical fixes.

  • First of all, the graphics are more vibrant now. At least in good weather conditions it seems really obvious to me. Trees still seem a bit muted in their green, but the sky has never been so blue over hakone, and the overall lighting is way more eye friendly.
  • secondly, the infamous Spa sign has been fixed. It no longer uses the ingame font and the “Weclcome”-Typo has been fixed.

Can somebody please confirm this? I mean, the Spa sign is obvious, but please, somebody tell me the colour adjustments don’t come from an update for my TV (which was indeed updated a few days ago… :smiley: ) . I really like it how it looks now! HDR seems to be kicking in.

I didn’t notice any blue-r skies, and I don’t even know where the infamous sign is on Spa.

The game still looks the same. Update 3.0 will last till 31st January…

I think it is your imagination. There are two instances of that sign, and the misspelled one is still misspelled.

LOL. So they have two different textures for the exact same sign in two different places? What the… Talking about a waste of resources.
However, sceneries on my LG G3 TV are indeed brighter than before with more HDR punch. So it really must be that TV update. I guess I must thank LG then :smile:
