If you mean the normal Levels (not for racing series like road racing) - then: Yes, you get a standard Wheelspin for every Level Up.
You seem to get wheelspins for doing anything in this game
I get about 10 or more a day
But yet people still complain that there isnt enough

FACTS! The thing i’m still trying to figure is: when we get super spins just for playing. I dont know if its every 100 levels or so but sometimes those pop up on my screen without buying it or being gifted
I think you’ll find, most complain that the drivatar clothing, emotes and horns drops in wheelspin is too high.
Until now I only got Super Wheelspins as a gift (Ultimate Edition) or for completing ranks like Road Racing on a specific level or an other category. But never for leveling up the driver level.
The cosmetics are really stupid and a huge waste. Just give us cars or money or at the very least prevent duplicate cosmetics.
Okay so I hit 3 stars this morning. That gave me 2 super spins BUT within the previous 100 levels I received ONE super spin by leveling up. I dont remember which level it was but i’m 99.99999999% sure that happened
