Game unreasonably limits steering range at random moments

Platform: Xbox Series X (Performance mode)
Input: Controller (Turtle Beach Recon - no issues in other games)
Game version: 1.835.2356.0

Steering: Normal
Driving assists: ABS only

Bug description: Steering range of the car is being artificially and unreasonably limited mid-turn - it seems to happen at random moments. There’s no logic behind it in terms of physics and it’s not consistent with game’s handling model (most of the time it doesn’t happen). That happens despite 100% input being applied to the left stick. Shifting down to 1st gear fixes it, allowing for wider steering range - but it shouldn’t be a thing in corners that demand 2nd or 3rd gear. It shouldn’t be a thing at all - in my opinion it’s unacceptable for the game to guide even the Normal steering through the corners in such an aggressive way.

The issue is present while using different cars (AWD and RWD in my experience but I almost never use FWD) and at least at 2 tracks - Nordschleife and Hockenheim. Interestingly, I’ve noticed it only while taking left corners, but it might be a coincidence. Also, most of the corners in the video are somewhat banked except the one at 00:37 in the provided video.

I personally only started encountering it recently despite playing from launch, but I’ve seen other people mention it on forums and some even said that it was marked as a solved issue and the thread was deleted for some reason when I tried to access it through a link.

All clips are from Multiplayer: GT3 lobby (was recorded today) and Nordschleife Meetup (recorded 23rd of May, so 2 weeks ago on the same build)

I predominantly drive in the Touring series and this problem is just as present there. In some corners of Nordschleife, MidOhio, etc., the FFB completely disappears and the car refuses to turn.
