Game says it is not "owned by myself"

So when I go to play Forza 7 which I purchased the day it came out, it now has been saying I do not own the game.

I have already spoken to Microsfot support with no resolution (3 calls and nothing)
I have redownloaded the game (twice)

No here’s what’s weird. My friend can play the game on my gametag with NO issues. I can use his gamertag and play the game fine… I would like to play using my own name. Please help.

Thank you

First i would check if your microsoft account doesn’t have any unauthorized devices registered.

Second i would try to log out and log back into the xbox app and the store

Otherwise maybe something is corrupt in your Windows10 installation, here are a few methods that you can try.

Method : The Troubleshooter for Windows Apps
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store - Microsoft Support

Method : Resetting the Apps through Windows Settings
Start - Settings (Cogwheel Icon) - Apps & Features - Store - Advanced options - Reset
Start - Settings (Cogwheel Icon) - Apps & Features - Xbox - Advanced options - Reset
Start - Settings (Cogwheel Icon) - Apps & Features - Forza Motorsport 7 - Advanced options - Reset

Method : Turning Firewall on for all Profiles through Command Prompt (Admin)
Right click Start - Command Prompt (Admin)
and type “netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state on”

Method : Windows 10 Corruption Scanning
Right click Start - Command Prompt (Admin)

sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Method : Create a new Windows Account
Start button, Settings - Accounts - Family & other people - Add someone else to this PC.
Enter a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next.

If all above fails, reinstall Windows 10 clean or update to the latest Windows-Insider Preview build.

Sorry I should of specified, this is on xbox one that the issues are happening.
