I did the October update and all my games had to sync to play them… well all even forza 5 carried my data over but for some reason horizon 2 did not. all my online wins my money and my driver level gone. wtf
So, Microsoft supplies a firmware, you update/accept it, something seems to have gone wrong, how did the Microsoft tech-support help you?
Not migitating your issue but the beta-program updates my console at least 10 times a month, if not more, and haven’t had a single issue with any updates making my games not work anymore.
