Hi my name is Joseph. Ive been playing forza for a very longtime. I have to say horizon 2 is amazing but not after my last previous update. I am apart of a preview program on xbox one and i recieved and update. I updated the game and when i tried to launch the game it launched however it said how it was syncing data from horizon 2 and it loaded and then it took me to a factory setting and made me set the game up and then my level and stats an cars were all gone. It made me start from scratch. I was womdering if theres anyway that I can retrieve my cars that should be there and continue my gaming . Please please please help me.
