Agree. The Alfa is icing on the cake. As far as the modern cars in the pack, the Ferrari 812 Suparfast is the most desirable to me. But like I said, I would still have been happy if the pack contained the 904 and all the other cars were junk.

Is the new GT3RS coming next week? And 917/20 the pink pig also?
Hopefully the “big list” of bugs fixed includes the disappearing cars after pit stops in multiplayer races. I guess it shows the type of racing a lot of the players do that I haven’t even seen it reported here on the forums, although apparently there is some talk about it in the super secret race marshal chat. It’s really crippling our options for organized races though, last week we had to restart a race 5 in our A lobby and 2 times in our B lobby due to the glitch.

A change to car collecting was announced on Monday’s Forza Monthly livestream.

Really a little late for this,i’ve been done with the game over 6 months now,so unlocked cars are not going to make the game any fresher for me!! I’m waiting on FH4.
So I have completely wasted my time bargain hunting (or even paying over the odds for a car because it’s the only time I have ever seen it for sale) in the auction house, and earning/winning cars and doing bounty hunter events? I invested a lot of time into acquiring some of the cars I have, especially ones I missed out on when they were originally available before I bought the game back in February.
I’m not sure what this means or whether it’s good or bad news.
The article by Alan Walsh on the latest episode of Forza Monthly broadcast show may only confirm the unlocking of vehicles excluding Forza Editions which were locked to career progression in the Forza Driver’s Cup. That’s probably backed up by mentioning 118 vehicles only.
I may be a bit out of date but originally I think there were over 130 locked vehicles of which there are possibly 4 which still remain locked:

Changing the course of a failed experiment. Good. I’m guessing they hired someone with better ideas? Lol.
Progression locked cars are ok if the cars are actually locked behind progression through the game. The majority of locked cars didn’t meet this criteria. They were locked until T10 decided they were ok to release and out of gamer control. That’s a big no-no.

Skip the ‘rumor’ sources and go direct to the official source, here: Forza Monthly | July 2018 - YouTube where Chris Esaki talks about the locked cars.
The 118 number comes from original cars on disc that are Exclusive (locked in the Car Collection menu, not listed in Buy Cars). All but 3 of those - the 2013 Ford Raptor, the Infiniti Q50, and the Lancia Delta S4 - have been released by one or more methods (Showcases, Specialty Dealer, Leagues, Forzathon, Rivals, Gift, ForzaRC livestream Quests, photo/livery comps). The 118 number does not include the 2 Unicorn cars - the BMW Z4 and MG MGA - that do not appear in the Car Collection menu and are not available to rent. There is currently one more unnamed car that can be filtered in Free Play - a 2015 Ford - that could be a future third unicorn. Presumably the 2017 Porsche RSR and Ford Raptor Project Scorpio Edition that were added via content update would be numbers 119 and 120 in the unlocked list.
The unlocked list does not include Forza Edition models, one of which - the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Forza Edition has yet to be offered as a reward. We’re also still waiting on receipt of the 1981 Ford Fiesta XR2 Forza Edition as reward for the June Spotlight Rivals event.

Thanks for the link. The whole video is almost 1 hour 48 mins long and contains some good stuff - FH4, Top Gear, FM7 etc.
Perhaps I’m missing or misunderstanding something. The BMW Z4 (Legendary Sport Coupe) and MG MGA (Uncommon Sport Coupe) are now included in the Car Collection Screen.
Anyway it’s good that the Car Collection Screen is going to be changed. If it were sorted under Make, Year, Model it could be a useful alternative or addition to the Garage.
We should see next week how many vehicles are being unlocked and there’s quite a difference between the view that all vehicles will be unlocked and the view that vehicles (excluding Forza Editions) locked in the Driver’s Cup will be unlocked. And of course if a player misses a difficult or obscure time limited challenge the reward for which unlocks a vehicle, that vehicle is as good as locked for him or her.

Words cannot describe my excitement for these awesome changes. The locked cars have enraged me to no end and I have been losing faith in T10 since FM5 now. No locked cars, rivals coming back, more free cars (GT3 RS FTW and 917), smooth menus when selecting cars etc… keep it up T10 and I’ll be back to full fanboy status!

So will the 2017 Porsche RSR also be available?
No doubt we’ll soon find out. Of course this wasn’t one of the original locked cars and many players received it from normal leveling up.
I’ve not tried it myself but some forum members have posted that for some vehicles it may be easier to find and purchase them on the Car Collection Screen.
There’s a fairly good table on the contents of the Car Collection Screen at:
although it’s not fully up to date. It contains 770 vehicles whereas I think the Car Collection Screen has approx. 775 vehicles.
