Forza Support site: submitting tickets, response time

After 1 week of considering, Since this condition looks very critical to some people, I decided to make a post here.

I know this is potentially Violating a ToS of Forza Forum. But things happened in Forza Support is very critical and very questionable. So, I decided to going to Risk it.
To moderators, In-case if this post violated the ToS, Please feel free to DELETE my post.

Also please excuse with a bad grammar.


From my experience, Your account have possibly considered as a “Become AN uNwelcomE indiviDual” in Forza Support.

Same issue.
I have tested 8 Different PCs, 25 Different IPs, 5 Different Browser, and Waited 3 months. But unfortunately, I’m still not able to login in Forza Support with this account.
So, I decided to make Two Temporary accounts. And They are able to login properly! Then, I have decided to ask “Why my other Wakaba SRT8 can’t login to Forza Support?” with my alts. Then 2 days later, Strangely, Both of my Temporary accounts also no longer able to login to Forza Support. Very strange!

Things I possibly violated Forza Support rule is… Maybe asking things with Japanese? or “Asking” further for Compensation which Forza Support offered me? I don’t know.
I have lack of English Ability. Yes, But I asked very politely with no Offensive term. I also apologetically told them that I have lack of English ability. But One of Support agent decided to Threaten me instead of asking with it further. As a person who loves Forza, It’s a really disappointed.

Sorry, But My ticket still has no response after 3 months.
I have also asked about this to Microsoft Support. But answer is simply “We’re Sorry for your condition. Your account have completely clean and Forza Support is not our jurisdiction.” (Not an exact their reply. But As far as I remember, Kinda like this.)
And I’m very aware of this is not a place to rehash my issue as well. But I felt critical issue like this is not listed to anywhere is very problematic. So, I decided to making a post here.
I’m sorry for informing this, Tilo. But this is my diagnosis. Unfortunately, It seems we’re no longer able to use Forza Support.
I don’t want to talk about this much. Also I don’t want to have unnecessary attention. So, I’m sorry but I am not going to tell about this further.

I did not receive any warnings (Except for False-warn) about it by Support too.
