- Read the Wheel Guide and other articles that may address your issue
- Read the Known Issues article
- Use the Search field for keywords to find articles related to your issue
- If you still need support, use the link at the bottom of any article to Submit a Ticket.
NOTES ON SUBMITTING TICKETS
- The Support team answers tickets in the order they are received; this may take longer than a day, but it does not take “months” to receive a response as some may claim.
- Make sure your Spam email folder is not hiding responses.
- “When submitting a ticket or replying to a request for additional information, do not abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content. Disregard for these rules may result in the closure of your Case Review. Especially egregious violations may result in additional Xbox Live enforcement action.”^
- If you are having trouble logging in to the Support site, try waiting a day or two. If the issue persists, confirm your Microsoft Account permissions and contact Microsoft Support regarding your profile.
- Regardless of wait time or inability to access Support, the forums are not the place to try to rehash the issue. Using the ticket system is the best way to achieve a resolution to your issue.
