NOTES ON SUBMITTING TICKETS

  • The Support team answers tickets in the order they are received; this may take longer than a day, but it does not take “months” to receive a response as some may claim.
  • Make sure your Spam email folder is not hiding responses.
  • “When submitting a ticket or replying to a request for additional information, do not abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content. Disregard for these rules may result in the closure of your Case Review. Especially egregious violations may result in additional Xbox Live enforcement action.”^
  • If you are having trouble logging in to the Support site, try waiting a day or two. If the issue persists, confirm your Microsoft Account permissions and contact Microsoft Support regarding your profile.
  • Regardless of wait time or inability to access Support, the forums are not the place to try to rehash the issue. Using the ticket system is the best way to achieve a resolution to your issue.

Requests that I log-in but does not allow me to post a ticket. Takes me to a different Xbox type site…?

Not expecting anyone to be able to help but here goes.

Last month started having problems with connecting to online sessions. Tried contacting support they told me my account was banned but I had no notification or received any explanation of this. There was no message in the game to tell me or any message anywhere!

And now it appears I’m also blocked from the entire support website : https://support.forzamotorsport.net/ if I try to login I simply get redirected to the main forza website : https://forzamotorsport.net/

Not able to make any contact with forza to report any issue. And zero explanation as to why I cant connect online. Not impressed. been a forza player since Forza Motorsport on the origonal Xbox and never had any issues :frowning:

Anyone have any ideas what to try? Otherwise no more forza for me… :cry:

I’d like to preface this by saying that I do have a ticket open right now for this issue, however my support agent hasn’t been active for 6 months now. Figured I’d come here to give this a shot.

“Hello. I am just recently getting back into playing FH4 after not playing since some time in October/November. As such there is a lot of content I’ve missed out on. One of which was the McLaren 600LT. I went to the auction house to purchase one and after selecting which one I’d like to view more more of on the preview screen with the moving cameras, there is a null car that appears as a placeholder and soft locks my game (This applies to every single 600LT in the auction house). There is still ambient audio so I know the game didn’t fully crash. However, no matter how many times I restart it won’t fix itself. I bought one using the quick menu and I still have a place holder null car in my garage where the proper 600LT should be. I’m actually quite scared to even touch the thing now in fear of bricking my game like with null cars in FH1. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.”

This isn’t a super detrimental issue. However its game content I can’t use which I believe most if not all would say is still an issue.

Does anyone know what happened to support? they don’t reply to the official website. I have a problem because the game does not want to download data from the cloud.

So have been playing the game for quite a while now, prettty frequently. And after about 2 weeks of not playing i decide to play a bit and after 1 minute of driving the game starts to have massive frame drops, the game freezes, etc.

Never had any problems before, and every other game runs perfectly smooth aside from FH4.

Anybody else experiencing the same problems? A simmilar thing happened with another game where it was jsut a minor bug that stopped after switching from borderless mode to normal fullscreen

Hi guys, after last update ia game unplayable, road and many other textures are dissaperaing while racing…ive tried lowest resolution, lowest details, older drivers, newest drivers, vsync on/off, nothing helped…i am playing at 4k Ultra settings Vsync on locked to 60 fps, game was butter smooth till it was updated…i have no problem with any other game, has anybody this problem ?

After 1 week of considering, Since this condition looks very critical to some people, I decided to make a post here.

I know this is potentially Violating a ToS of Forza Forum. But things happened in Forza Support is very critical and very questionable. So, I decided to going to Risk it.

From my experience, Your account have possibly considered as a “Become AN uNwelcomE indiviDual” in Forza Support.

Same issue.
I have tested 8 Different PCs, 25 Different IPs, 5 Different Browser, and Waited 3 months. But unfortunately, I’m still not able to login in Forza Support with this account.
So, I decided to make Two Temporary accounts. And They are able to login properly! Then, I have decided to ask “Why my other Wakaba SRT8 can’t login to Forza Support?” with my alts. Then 2 days later, Strangely, Both of my Temporary accounts also no longer able to login to Forza Support. Very strange!

Things I possibly violated Forza Support rule is… Maybe asking things with Japanese? or “Asking” further for Compensation which Forza Support offered me? I don’t know.
I have lack of English Ability. Yes, But I asked very politely with no Offensive term. I also apologetically told them that I have lack of English ability. But One of Support agent decided to Threaten me instead of asking with it further. As a person who loves Forza, It’s a really disappointed.

Sorry, But My ticket still has no response after 3 months.
I have also asked about this to Microsoft Support. But answer is simply “We’re Sorry for your condition. Your account have completely clean and Forza Support is not our jurisdiction.” (Not an exact their reply. But As far as I remember, Kinda like this.)
And I’m very aware of this is not a place to rehash my issue as well. But I felt critical issue like this is not listed to anywhere is very problematic. So, I decided to making a post here.
I’m sorry for informing this, Tilo. But this is my diagnosis. Unfortunately, It seems we’re no longer able to use Forza Support.
I don’t want to talk about this much. Also I don’t want to have unnecessary attention. So, I’m sorry but I am not going to tell about this further.

I did not receive any warnings (Except for False-warn) about it by Support too.

The game screen is smooth but the audio freezes, changing game picture quality, audio settings, and system audio output quality are useless.

Hello! we encountered a problem that we bought the lego dlc installed and restarted the machine. After that the game will not start exiting itself vip and the car rental is up but it indicates that the install is done. We reassembled the machine and the problem is still there. He only writes about germination but does not write anything else Maybe someone has an idea what the problem is?

Hello I post this message because it is impossible to contact the support of forza because of a bug on the site! It is inadmissible its hard for well over 3 months and I lost all my backup on the game due to an update problem that forced me to reinstalle the entire game it is anything impossible to contact the support of forza it is frankly inadmissible to make money on customers while your game is filled with bug and problem I want to be contacted immediately by forza support. I want to recover all my data which corresponds to more than a year of game is OUF!
