Forza Support Page login fails

hello Manteo, sorry to speak about the support page but it’s login issue, I hope it is far enough from any policy

When I go to support page for logging a ticket : https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
Clicking on ‘log in’, I am redirected to Forza.net: The official website of the Forza franchise where I click on login and get logged in successfully. Then go to support page which ask me to log in and bring me back to Forza.net: The official website of the Forza franchise
Replicated on Chrome and Firefox and 2 PCs and different networks

Issue affects multiple user and is tight to login since alternate accounts can log.

Check that you have 3rd party cookies enabled. Some time ago I couldn’t get the support site to work, and that was the problem. It’s incredibly rare for a site to require 3rd party cookies to work, so it’s possible you have them disabled (frankly I’d much rather be able to have them disabled). It’s quite a pain to enable them every time you want to use the support site, then disable them again afterwards.

Thanks Bree but it is not that, the blocking of 3rd party cookies is not activated.

I have exact same behavior with my phone (iOS). Possibly it is the region (Europe or France) that comes into picture on that issue.

Anyway, if some of you can log tickets it’s ok, it is certainly technical error that will get fixed some day.

Ok, I am just adding conclusion in case someone gets in the same situation. I could log in with another account so that the issue is my account.

I guess I’ll never know if technical or intentional since I can’t log a ticket for such … lol

It’s pretty unlikely, but maybe not impossible that a problem with cookies can stop it working for just one account. I once had to delete all cookies for a site because the site had a bug that caused it to create loads of cookies. Eventually it overloaded something in the browser and stopped the site working. After deleting the vast number of accumulated cookies for that site, it started working okay again.

Thanks for the advice but as mentioned, I eliminated that option by testing from iPhone which I had never used for so.

Have EXACTLY the same issue.

I can login here.
then going to the support, i am no more logged.
Selecting “login” brings me here again, but no more logged.
I have to log on again with a xbox live window. Successfully. Then I go to the support page, i am no more logged in, so I click again on “login” , then come back here

And so son and so on and so on

@Tilo38 @ dogwitch = Can some of your friends login and create a ticket for you about this issue ?

subsidiary question : did you change something in your Xbox / Microsoft Account ?

By my side I changed the email adress yesterday in my microsoft account profile …

Not changed anything. if anyone managed to get this solved let us know here.

On est que des français à avoir le problème???

that’s possible but you should write your message in English

Any other french to test this ?

it works fine for me on IE11 and W10 and my ISP is Orange.

Fine for me as well.

Chrome 80 / Windows 10 / Orange ISP

Trust me when I say that it’s far worse when the support page is working! You can then submit support requests with the mistaken belief that someone will actually read it within a reasonable timeframe, let alone respond with anything but a copy/paste generic response and closing of the ticket!

I have something like 40 tickets logged, so I know a bit. I log everything I consider important feedback for the sake of the community and so that they won’t have the excuse to say they were not aware. Hope someone will take over.

For my side, I tested on many different computers , browsers locations, and with my smartphone
And the issue remains the same . Exactly same behavior : from Support page to Motorsport page, again again again again …

what’s your country ?

it’s the account I created to submit a ticket.

Surprisingly I have no problem to log in with this one…
