All of my Forza Motorsport 7 save data has been erased/reset. I’ve tried everything without any success. I’ve been forced to redo everything, including forza drivers cup. And I’m aware I’m not the only one who is experiencing these problems as well. We should be compensated and reimbursed for all the work and time wasted.

just a poor: “we are investigating”
After so many years, I think I will drop the FM series… three console crashes per day was already something (crash… on a console?!?); but now I lost everything, including all the garage and the special cars I owned… and nothing is back!
they said me that, if anything will be recovered ever, they will be able to give back only the “equivalent” in credits of the cars in the garage… and maybe the special prizes earned… MAYBE!
after the money we spent for the game and, let’s be honest, the HOURS spent to collect the items?
they pushed on the collection aspects of this game… and now? they wipe accounts and cannot recover them? (after forcing the online save, by the way)
really really disappointed
