[ANSWERED] Tech Support from turn10 needed!

Hello,

I was playing Forza 7 earlier today and while in the middle of a race my game crashed. When I it booted back up it said that my save file was corrupted. I figured it shouldn’t be a big deal since my system is connected to the internet and I do have a cloud save. I went ahead and deleted my corrupted save on the system and used the cloud save when going back into forza 7. Now for whatever reason even though the save said it was from today (Oct. 29th) I have absolutely no progress. I’ve lost my 100 or so cars, my tier and driver levels and all my driving gear except a small handful.
The weirder thing is I go to my garage and I only have TWO cars, 1 of my forza edition cars and 1 of the fate of the furious cars. If I go to the specialty dealer it won’t let me buy 2 of the cars since it registers that I already bought them even though I don’t physically have them.
Is there anything we can do to restore my proper save? I’ve contacted Microsoft to help but they couldn’t do much or tell me what was on my cloud.
or even just get me all my VIP cars and rewards back? As much as I don’t want to start from scratch I also don’t want to not have access to the extras I opted to pay for by grabbing the ultimate edition.
