Restore the data , the achievments , the results obtained in Forza Motorsoprt 7 - stevefonta63

Hello Forza Motorsport support team,

I am writing you because I need your help. As I read also on the web and on your assistance site, there were important problems with the loss of data from the game “Forza Motorsport 7”. This happened to me as well and now I will explain and give you all the needed information:

  • Game: Forza Motorsport 7
  • Gamertag: stevefonta63
  • Console: Xbox One
  • Console ID: please see the information in the email I sent on the 12th of December
  • Console OS: please see the information in the email I sent on the 12th of December
  • I lost all my data with all the obtained results on Firday 1st of December. I played normally around 7am, driving on free races. I did not import anything from other games, I just turned off the console normally. Then, around 10.30am I turned on the console again and find out that the game did not load and recognized all the data, objectives and prizes obtained till that moment. All my game progresses are still visible in the gamertag, where I can see that the objectives are 760/1000 obtained, but when I enter in the game I have to start from scratch with only three cars instead of with 587 cars, with collectionist level one instead of 38 and so on…
  • I do not remember any synchronization notification.

I already sent you this information on the 12th of December to forzafb@microsoft.com but no-one answered to this email. I called the Microsoft support and followed their instruction: I removed the game, restored the console but nothing changed, the situation is the same. Then, I talked again with the Microsoft support team and they suggested me to write on this forum.

In the meantime I started again the game and now I have collections level 22 and around 200 cars, but I want my progress and my cars back. So if it is not possible to restore the original data, I ask you to give me a refund of at least 200 millions of credits to buy the cars back, otherwise I would be really disappointed.

I hope to hear soon a good news from you and to get my data back.

Best Regards,
Steve
