Forza Horizon 5 NEEDS Anti-Cheat!

Anyone else here tired of the cheaters/trainers/moders? Will FH5 ever have anti-cheat? How many complaints does Playground Games / Turn 10 need about cheaters and such to put one in the game?

I agree. This game seems to be one of the most cheater friendly AAA titles currently being released.
Of course, I know that the enforcement team is doing their best in their respective jobs. I do not mean to taunt even their work.
However, it is still true that there are too many cheaters in this game.

Same, I hope, I try to believe

Yeah, totally… with quality support personnel like Agent McNuggets over in the ticket department, I have complete faith in their abilities to make a fair and balanced game.

This thread has been marked super-duper solved…

I agree. Too many cheaters, too easy to cheat. Also too easy to mod accounts. There should be built in systems that detect illegal mods.

You had me at “duper”.

Totes. It should detect things are a bit fishy, let them get right to the end of the race and then just have them fall through the map until everyone else finishes. :joy::thinking::fishing_pole_and_fish:

(I like how good the team that made Spyro were with the hackers back then haha)

My 1104m jump at Runway sign wasn’t cheated.

Some cars seem to pass me at 300mph in Trials, and in Eliminator people jump right to the end line. Seems like those cheats are easy to check for.

The cheaters in Forza game titles have gotten out of hand at this point or since always, essentially. It used to be they would take up just 50 of the top leaderboard spots in Forza Horizon 5 when the game had been out for a while meow, but lately it’s probably every spot, be it races, drift, etc. It’s not very fun to see that cheaters can hack cars to drive at X999 speeds in a B-class. Some people could care less about this issue, and I’ve honestly stopped bothering myself with it.

Forza Enforcement Guidelines states they have zero tolerance policy for cheating and anything of this nature will result in a permanent suspension without warning because this violation is by far one of the most serious. Submitting tickets on Forza support with solid evidence do not work and tickets get instantly marked as solved. Imagine this being a problem in your franchise for over a decade and still doing nothing about. Sadly, this is just the state of Forza.

Honestly, if anyone do a quick Google research, they will find links to discussion topics leading to cheat and trainer software for FH5 and it’s embarrassing. I believe there should be anti-cheat tools integrated into the game. PGG acknowledged in the last Let’s Go stream that FH5 has a suspiciously high number of inconsistent scores in the leaderboards and it will be difficult to solve it, so anything the developers do to patch it would be great. But expecting for PGG or Microsoft to make an actual effort to find and perma-ban cheaters is sort of hopeless, I guess. They don’t seem to want to support anti-cheats tools but apparently merely rely on human moderation.

Just like the current situation with the Raesr being used in A. Obviously they are working on fixing the issue, the banned car list even says Raesr and I-Pace but people are still able to bring those cars into the lobby. Its just all exhausting!

Nowadays I have to turn on video recording. Report every cheaters I see.

Once easily detected, proven red-handed cheaters should be added to a car club for cheats with the CHEAT tag. Anyone in that club is exempt from the gifted cars and every time they beep their horn or use Forza link it says “I’M A CHEAT!” so you know to block them.

All their wheelspins and super wheelspins are now locked at $1,000, their Vocho is taken back by Alejandra and the accolades will no longer register.:face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Also, if you cheat, the whole game converts to Spanish, except when a character uses an actual Spanish word, then it will be English.

Also, they should be blocked from wearing the Mexican sombrero in character design menu.

The ground constantly shakes like that plane is flying over you and your headlights no longer work. xD

Technically the headlights don’t work across the board, so not a sufficient punishment,.

If you cheat…

1/ Coming out of the tunnels should blind you so that you crash into a wall
2/ The game should ask you pointless questions such as “Do you want the car delivered?”
3/ In cockpit view the world should be pitch black at night!
4/ Your wheelspins should give you stupid prizes such as a pink skirt!
5/ You should drop out of the sky at the end of an Open race!

That will teach them!!!
