Forza Horizon 5 NEEDS Anti-Cheat!

Cheaters get mandatory square tires.

What’s the point when the game itself is broken ?

it is impossible to report hackers/cheaters. if you try to submit a ticket, you get a popup saying you need to sign in. once signed in, it says the page doesn’t exist, creating an endless loop of frustration with no resolution. and there is no way of reporting speed hackers in game. it is as if they actively encourage people to use cheat engine as they make it impossible to report violators.

I beat a cheated ghost last night. It’s at Playa Azul Circuit in A class. Around about 1,000th place someone uses a BMW i8. They are on pace for a pretty poor lap then turn the boost on near the end presumably to avoid suspicion.

If you’ve never seen it that’s a good one because almost everyone who can drive will be ahead of it before it activates the “boost”.

I need some boost

It’s the craziest M-sport button I’ve ever seen.

If you have Intel CPU with built-in graphics, turn it on. Use Intel Quick Sync video and record the race. Send the video of cheaters to the support and see what they can do. Both Nvidia and AMD got their encoder as well.

Can we get this anti-cheat in double time?? I’m in a S1 cross country room, we all have cars but somehow this Porsche FE is cutting around corners like he’s the AI. Then speeds off like he hit a boost pad! Unfair to the legit players.

One potential solution to cheaters/rammers is the introduction of collisions off racing. It was in fh4 and worked pretty well. Col on or col off just becomes a parameter for custom adventures.

Fh5 has improved with the introduction of custom adventures but the aggressive ramming is also back in s2 races

For sure removing all collisions removes ramming but it also transform races into simple rivals like feature.

FH3 had a non perfect but pretty good ramming counter measure. It wasn’t perfect but miles ahead of the newt FH …

Simply add benefit to clean racing and penalty to dirty racing. Just taking into account number of collisions with walls and other cars into the board result would transform the game. Even just killing championship reward for rammers without impacting championship leader board would transform all rammers into patent loosers.

Ramming, cheating, bugs they just don’t care as long as the game does so much money, quite happy I left FH. I keep the good memories of FH3 clubs, chatting all night long with people from anywhere on earth, listening to my music directly on the game radio, joining online in few seconds and facing ramming only once in a while related to beginners not familiar with the skill chain and soon leaving forever.

Lets say forza is store and cheaters/bugs are a robber. The robber robs the store, in normal cases they would remove the robber and put him in jail. But thats not how turn 10 is handels it. They remove the store. :exploding_head: ranked online is a good example, that was very popular im fh4 but it was kinda broken so in fh5 they didnt even bother to add it.

I agree with the FH3 comment to some extent.

One of the earlier Horizon games, was were Open racing was scored on skills.
Position wasn’t so important.
That process rewards clean racing.

This is the way.

It also rewarded not racing at all. No. Just no.

Drifting in the back of the race was an issue. Skill chain definitely needed an improvement to remove that, it was quite easy to do, instead they removed the whole feature and transformed all races is ramming competition, no definitively no.

Anyone (globally / no attack ) who consider only the board matters doesn’t know about the feeling of winning a fair race, side 2 side, clean end. As fun for winner as for looser, good spirit comes with sending congrats, adding new friends, etc, it’s a totally different spirit and it was the general spirit of FH3.
Fun is not in the leaderboard, Fun is in the race, the grace of passing an opponent outside in a turn, the skill of letting him pass without hitting him, the joy of passing him the next turn. Demonstrating your skill to dodge the car appearing out of nowhere during a street race etc. Are those things compatible with ramming, up to me, it’s not. After a while, you just stop trying to race, you just want to win because you can’t get the dose of satisfaction you expect through the racing itself.

Any way, back to rammers, only promoting clean racing will be a way out and FH4/5 do just nothing about promoting fair play, quite the opposite in fact.

When I see MB Racing Truck, Its quite sure that player’s goal is to ram you. Fighting back does nothing. Probably only way to beat this type of dirty players is dodge and outmaneuver him.

If you get in front of them they help you by pushing you along faster. You just make them ram you in the rear middle all the time, because you can see them, they are so big. Even behind you you can see their angle of attack.

Yeah, sometimes I deliberately brake or change my racing line just to make them hit the wall or out of the road.

Also, I spotted another speed hacker today.

I love forza Horizon, unfortunately the game is dead…

Yeah, any game with an active community of 10+ million players is DEAD
