Hey guys Iv installed the game twice now to be surtin this has happens on both mine and my girlfriends accounts, I run general Xbox one my OS version is 10.0.17134.3036 I enter the general set up just after pressing A at the home screen it let’s me enter info then I continue through it starts loading then shoots me back out to the home screen 
respectfully I’m only trying to go offline so this is a lil shocking I know u guys are trying ya heart out and ya plates full! But is there a way I can resolve this problem without having to go online to play
