I’ve just installed the standard edition of the game. When I try to launch the game it starts with the Senna splash screen but then crashes back to the Xbox dashboard. I’ve seen many posts stating the same issue but have seen no solution. Any help would be appreciated.
Have you installed the update as well as the game? When I got it (Ultimate Edition last week), the game tried to load up and then just stopped. I found that there was a big update to install and that fixed it. Maybe try that if you haven’t already?

They rushed the day one update out the door to fix this kind of problem but it seems to have caused more damage than it fixed.
I also can’t play on Xbox since the day one update.

I dont even get the update… How the heck are you guys finding this update because my game is doing the same thing, i havent been able to get past the splash screen and have to hard reset my xbox because it freezes everything!
Trying yet another reinstall, maybe something goes bad in my DL. But this is my 7th install and hasnt worked yet…
I’ve reinstalled 6 times too and nothing has changed been almost a week and haven’t been able to play yet
Ive cleared all my caches, reset my router, reset my MAC address, and dtill nothing works. Im gonna go ahead and blame it on the game
An update from the dev team would be nice. This is a growing issue.
If this doesn’t work after this install im done trying to dl the game tbfh. The issue is with game pass, as ive downloaded many titles that have this issue with freezing or crashing

I have not seen an update available either. No word from the Devs? With how awful Australian internet is, I am not thrilled about a reinstall.

Yep, 800KB/S here, shocking speeds, while others are like nah ill just reinstall will only take 20 mins, MEANWHILE for me will take over 3 day’s! im not reinstalling because forza pushed a unstable patch XD
So I had this problem also, I went and deleted saved data from everywhere to delete all my progress from when I did the demo. Also I had a free dlc that I was unaware that I could download, the drifting one. Try downloading and deleting your demo progress because it has worked for me. Let me know if it helps

Anyway, seems like they don’t care at all that people can’t even start the game they paid 100-140 aud for.
Edit: they are looking in to it. Praying for a quick fix.

If it helps, I had the same problem today, I just had to move my the game from my external HD to the internal drive and it worked. Now if somehow I can make it work on my PC it would be good…
