Game crach on start up, after new update

Hi
After I’v updated 1.203.506.0 the game to day. The game frezees on start up and shuts down.
And one time the xbox one x reseted it self.

I have the Xbox one x too and it’s crashed since the day the game came out and now black ops 4 is doing the same thing

My games (122) are all working fine, just not fh4 since this update😪
Where playing it just before the update came out and it worked then…

Anybody, els got this problem?!?!?

Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it… Still the same
After that it freezes 3-5 sec in to the start up with out me pressing the A button just when music starts and rhe Senna is rolling down the road.

Pls Help

Xbox One X here and the game is crashing for me too. Worked perfectly fine before the update, now it won’t even go past the splash screen before kicking me back to the dashboard.

This is really disappointing.

Same here since the update. Was getting error messages last night (didnt make a note) and today the game won’t get past the splash screen.

edit - Have just noticed that the game is installed on both my internal and external drives. I’ve removed it from the internal drive and restarted the Xbox One X and this appears to have resolved it for me.

edit - Have just noticed that the game is installed on both my internal and external drives. I’ve removed it from the internal drive and restarted the Xbox One X and this appears to have resolved it for me.

Interestingly, I had a similar thought at the time and tried to move it from my external to the internal on my X. It kept throwing “Installation Stopped” errors so I let it sit overnight. It was done in the morning and the game booted up fine afterwards.

There were issues with XBL at the time but the game wouldn’t even boot in offline mode, so I’m doubtful that was the core problem. Regardless, I’m just happy to have it fixed and hopefully others have success also.

If it is happening for numerous games, you may need to hard reset your Xbox

Thanks for this solution. However this still isn’t acceptable as you should be able to start up on either internal or external storage, so I will forward the issue to the team.

Game frezzes on start up and return to xbox startpage. And I don’t get any error message.
