All I wanted was a yes or no answer with a simple explanation why. Not all this arguing over it.

Couple things to keep in mind:

Many folks posting questions here haven’t been around all that long, or just haven’t paid that much attention to the issue over the years.
So - what we do know is:
FM1, FM2 and FM3 all had Porsche in the game, and FM4 got it as an add-on pack. So, to say the FM4 deal was a “one time and one time only, never to possibly happen ever again” is a rather nonsensical statement.
When FM4 launched, Dan G posted specific information related to the failed negotiations with EA for the Porsche sub-license. That was not mysterious, unfounded rumor or speculation.
When the add-on pack was announced, Yes, Dan G said it was a “one time only thing.” Of course, what he most likely meant by that was that the specific agreement that allowed the add-on pack applied only to that add-on pack. It’s pretty silly to say he somehow could see the future and he knows that no other agreement will be reached ever again.
Which all leaves us with: Based on recent history (FM4, FH1 and FM5) it is unlikely we will see Porsche in the game. If that changes, you can be sure we will find out — when we find out. Until then, let’s just accept that we only know what we know.
