GT4 series - Rebalance the cars around the Ginetta and KTM

Currently the GT4 series is balanced around the 2016 Audi #17 Rotek Racing TT RS, which has a PI of R802. The problem is this car is not GT4 homologated vehicle. It’s okay that the car is in the GT4 series to fill the class (putting at a whopping three), but it shouldn’t be the baseline. This has been mentioned in multiple discussions, but now there’s a topic to vote on. The 2019 Ginetta G55 GT4 has a stock PI of S723 and the 2018 KTM X-Bow GT4 has a stock PI of S750. With the Forza TC BoP having been reset and redone with update 17, I don’t think this is undoable. Just needs some votes to show people are agreeing with it.
