My rewards have been updated and it now reads 500/500.
Hi, my nick is WideChaosStar and play on the Xbox One. My problem is that Forza Hub can not see my progress in 2F & F. I made a 100% career, I discovered all the roads and unlocked all the cars. And there is 0% in FH progres

Anyone know how I could fix this ? I would end up on Tier 7 if it was fixed. It has updated on ultimate passes that I fixed during the week. The system can see that I completed the game it says I have all achievements. The only issue is that on some of the achievements it does not show the icon for that achievement. It shows as I have unlocked it.
Please can someone fix this for me. I have tried contacting Turn 10 via Twitter and got nothing in return.
Everyone is waiting for T10 to find a fix - there are multiple issues that vary from player to player and the only common link is the Rewards program which only T10 can influence.
Mine is now at 488 of 500 yet everything is completed.
To get 500 you need 100% completion in the in game stat. It may be that you need more ultimate passes or something like that.
SNE - Mine’s the same as his, bud. Have all of the boards smashed, Perfect Passes, cars, achievement points, etc. in-game (Forza Rewards thinks I’m missing a few rewards boards). I’ve waited a few days in case it was some kind of weird server-sync error, but nothing has changed.
I’m going to try to hop into a race, win, and then let the game save, wait a few hours, and then check to see if the rewards page has updated like some have experienced. If that works, for me, that’ll be the third or so person that has had a problem resolved using that exact process.
Fingers crossed. I’ll report back.
Also - I’m a tier 7, so I’m not worried about the rewards, but there are a few people on my Friend’s List that have been playfully ribbing me a bit. This is for them. LOL
I did all of the above on Saturday. I didn’t check my status yesterday, but this morning, I’m showing 500 / 500. Finally.

I was missing 5 or so ultimate passes so I went back and got those. They have now updated. I now have 100% in game. It shows that all my achievements are unlocked under overview on the website. The problem I have is that on a few of the achievements the icon for the achievement does not show. That is the only issue. It seems that it needs to re scan my account again and re sync.

Yeah I find them shocking. I tried via Facebook, Twitter and on these Forums to get some type of reply from them. I am not really holding out for a fix from them.
I just have to accept that the Forza hub has issues for me and a few others. That’s life !!!

I literally spent an hour an a half redoing everything in hopes that they will show up. For me, its missing almost everything even tho I have completed it. Hell it says I have 2 more speed traps to do and I just went and redid every single speed trap twice.
How do we get this fixed, this is really frustrating.
I just deleted my save. I will update in an hour or two letting you guys know if it works.
So, did this work? I had been thinking about trying it myself but seeing as you’ve already attempted it, can you let us know?
Sorry it took me so long to respond. I was so pissed off I didnt feel like coming back and posting. It didnt work. I’m going to get a few more challenges done again and hope it updates. I just hate when stuff does not work like it is supposed to.

I have contacted other developers and they have been really helpful. Turn 10 seems to be different.
I am not asking much just that they fix something that they created. Not asking much.
For me the hub recognizes all the achievements but everything else is showing 0 so I have 200/500 total even though I completed everything 100%
Same problem for me!
I completed the whole game on Sunday with all roads, bonus boards etc etc.
Only showing 200 reward points!
