Same issue, Hub says I have 495 of 500, and 18 boards, but in the game i have found 20 out of 20 boards, I play forza everyday, and I “Complete my gamerscore” so hey T10, instead of saying “we’re working on it” why not do something like “FIX THE PROBLEM” some of us forza faithfuls deserve what we work for, and expect all those long hours of gaming to pay off, so far this is just a sad disappointment , wish I had never wasted my time downloading F&F. but at least “Everyone else is having the same issue” so we’re all disappointed in T10 together 
OK, guess I jumped the gun on this one, even though, within 24 hours of my complaint, my score went from 495 of 500 to 500 of 500 as it should of been, and I now show 20 of 20 boards, and received my free supra, Thx T10, as a forza faithful from FM1 org - FH2, I’m happy Good Luck to everyone else on the forum.
Hey guys I need some advice, I went to play horizon 2 today on my Xbox 1 and for some reason I have lost all of my save data I had 4 million coins and it is now saying I have 400k coins can anyone tell me why this has happened and who to contact? Thanks in advance

my Forza Hub is showing 484 out of 500 rewards unlocked for the Forza Fast & Furious.
Gamerscore 184/200 and underneath: “you have unlocked all acheivements for this title.”
and in game shows 100% completed.
I thought that this could be a server issue and it will send the data later on (like 24hr or little bit longer)
but i have done all achivements at the release day, so one month and still nothing happened.

Hi, sorry for creating another topic but i posted this problem in another thread and got no answear.
My Forza Hub is showing 484 out of 500 rewards unlocked for the Forza Fast & Furious.
Gamerscore 184/200 and underneath: “you have unlocked all acheivements for this title.”
and in game shows 100% completed.
I thought that this could be a server issue and it will syns the data later (like 48hr or little bit longer)
but i have done all the achivements at the game release day and still nothing happened.
I also send an email to forzafb and they send me automatic reply: “Due to the volume of mail we receive, we cannot individually respond to all e-mails sent to us.”
And that i should post my problem in forza forum, which i did and no one replied.
I hope, that someone can find a solution to my (and others) problem.

Emailing was the right action. Turn 10 is aware of the situation, now it’s up to them to respond. Please do not create duplicate threads on the same topic.

My Fast & Furious profile has been stuck at 200/500 for a couple of weeks now. Only the GamerScore portion of the Points has been updated. The cars owned, boards smashed, ultimate passes, etc. etc. - none of them show any progress at all.
Emailing does nothing and no one ever responds on these boards. Just yelling into the wind…
I’m having this issued too. I’ve completed everything required for the full 500 but I’m stuck at 407/500. I’m going to try completing a race to see if that will trigger some type of sync event.
Stuck at 200/500 too, only gamerscore has updated.
Tried entering another race but it does nothing.
Rewards are now correct!

Same issue with Fast and Furious. I have all 1000 gamerscore but rewards is stuck at 870/1000. It has been like that for a while now.
OK, so I just discovered today (Fri 12th) that my Forza Rewards score for Fast and Furious was 5 points short.
Upon clicking the chart I found that I am missing 2 Bonus Boards. Forza Rewards claims I have only smashed 18 out of the 20 boards:
But according to the in-game progress, I have smashed all 20 of them:
Do Forza Rewards take a while to update or should they be pretty much instant? Should I wait another day or two to see if it catches up with itself? Or is this a thing that Forza Rewards/Horizon 2 does? I’m reinstalling the game again to double check… taking a while, 15Gb and such.
EDIT; Lol… after typing this, both Forza Rewards AND Forza Hub are not loading. Forza seems to be broken today.
