Going on a month now and according to Xbox customer support I need to post my issue in these forums.
My Forza Rewards Hub is only showing 492 out of 500 rewards unlocked for the Forza Fast & Furious Game. I have unlocked all acheivements but showing incomplete in Forza Hub. Who can assist with this in these forums please?

Yes, it shows 192/200 gamerscore, but right below it, it states under Locked Achievements - You have unlocked all achievements for this title. And according to Xbox.com and the Xbox One, all achievements are unlocked. It’s not seeing that in the rewards system for some reason.
I can’t seem to post a screenshot easily on this site, but I do have a screenshot if needed.
I have tried launching the Forza Fast Furious game, play a bit to see if needs sync’d again. I have also launched the Achievements app on the Xbox One and no help at all either.
Anyone know if there is a support email address I can send this issue to so it can be resolved?

Pretty sure someone at turn 10 said they have identified the prob and are working on it, but may take a few days. It’s literally 2-3 posts above your post. Seems like we do have support and are not alone. This stuff happens from time to time and people freak out for no reason it will get sorted. I mean it’s 5 points relax.

So 3 of these links are people that can’t get rewards on the 360 version of Horizon 2 and you don’t get rewards on the 360.(working as planned)
1 was a link right back to this thread I’m typing in(waste of my time).
2 of the links are someone that claimed rewards on the website and not in game and wondering where his cars/cash were.(their fault not Turn 10’s) again waste of my time.
3 threads Turn 10 posted in saying they are working on it.(do you really expect them to reply to all of the dup threads you guys create?)
2 guys rewards credits glitched and never showed up.(not a wide spread issue)
2 asking about FM2 rewards, 1 with nobody else replying, the other updated and said it worked.
4 rewards counter is not correct(shortly after rewards fix, so they tried to fix it and broke something else, that stuff happens when trying to fix glitches in code).
The games themselves are not broken, the rewards are. It’s not like you can’t play the games. As I said in my other post relax it will get sorted, 5-6 months ago all rewards stopped updating for 3-4 weeks and Turn 10 fixed it(support). And yes Turn 10 prob is to busy to reply to each of the 1000’s of emails they are getting on this issue.
Also I’ve found that being rude to people when trying to get help/support on something is always a good idea.
So once again relax play the games have fun and stop freaking out over a few rewards points.

hey me too. i’ve completed all the stuff at F&F but i just have 194. i don’t understand why that will to be fixed. we can buy vip, cars and extra stuff. where can i pay a bug free game??? must i return to a gameboy with tetris? 
You’re not the only one. I’ve been stuck on the 492/500 in F&F since late March. In game it says I have a 1000/1000 gamerscore, but in here and in Forza Hub it hasn’t moved from 960/1000 (which equals to the 8 points needed).
FH 1 is the same. I’ve been stuck on 1900/2000 since last year. It says I need more DLC but there’s no more available as I have it all.
Same here, for both games. I emailed them over a year ago about FH and could have sworn they fixed it, but apparently not.
Same here. I’m stuck at 493 with 100% completion.
Same here also. My rewards is showing 920/1000 for Gamerscore, yet my Xbox One shows 100% complete 1000/1000.

I came here to report the exact same issue. Can someone please resolve it for me as well?
Turn 10 has worked on the problem and they are aware of ongoing issues. Obviously the tally isn’t an issue for rewards if you’re already in the top Tier.
For me personally it wasn’t counting all the boards as smashed even though I had smashed them all. I started the game again, did some kind of race that would trigger a save, started the forza app from within the game, and in the next 24 hours it showed as completed.
“I have noticed that my FH2: Fast & Furious rewards are broken. Though I have all the Achievements, and have had for some time, my Rewards tally is stuck at 960/1000. Is there a known issue? Is there a fix? It did take a while for the Xbox One and Website to acknowledge a 40 point achievement, but that was still weeks ago.”
I guess I have the same issue as well, though from what I read it does not sound good for a resolution. But in the hopes that there could be my GT is SUPERGHOST, hoping Turn10 will find a fix, read this post, and do what needs to be done.
