I’m finding that in Forza 6, 5, and Horizon 1 and 2, that certain parts of my scores aren’t updating for Forza Rewards. Is there something I need to do so these will update each week?
Can’t go on without saying Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all! Though, I am also having problems with Horizon back on 360 (which I just recently bought the Special Collector’s Edition to obtain Tier 8). Unfortunately, I don’t think the rewards for the original Horizon will update.
I’m having the same problem. I’ve been stuck on 62 points to level 9 for weeks.
Same here, stuck on 406 Points to Level 6 for a couple of days.
I should have hit Tier 6 in early December, and it is now obvious that my Forza Rewards are simply not updating at all. Who can I contact to have this remedied?

Same issue. It’s been like this for a month. Happened just after I got all the FM4 rewards possible (minus the tokens, which no longer work).

My forza 6 rewards won’t load to the forza hub been playing three weeks and it shows nothing on the rewards hub like I haven’t even played it’s frustrating

Can someone please fix the problem with all Forza games not synching with the hub and showing the correct points. It’s awesome you had the time to create an app for W10 for the hub. You know what would be even better? I will just let your mind marinate on that a bit.

Hi, I have same problem with FM6. No single reward point despite having completed some achievments.
Still no reply, still no fix.

Same problem. Not just a few days behind. My driver level is almost 30 levels behind.
Now more than 40.
Anyone have any advice on a better forum board to get this noticed by support?

Does anyone have an email address for Turn 10?
I am not sure whether it’s a general issue (since so many users are affected) or something specific to my account, since my savegame was reset as well (Progress, Gift Cars and Credits missing).

same her both FM 5 & 6 not updated since 17 - December - 2015! Can Turn 10 please investigate asap!

same here, i got both FM5 and FM6 at christmas, all im getting is the achievements, but no points for either game
Thought i was the only one! FM4 not updating, only got 1 more achievement to get (working through all forzas specifically for forza reward points). Can someone expand on the ‘tokens no longer work’ comment
Turn 10 is aware of the situation and is assigning the issue to be investigated by a tech. No emails are necessary.
For those who don’t know, or haven’t read the stickied notes atop the http://forums.forza.net/turn10_topics2_News-Discussion.aspx area, the email address is the same as it has always been.

Hi there my forza hub is not showing forza 6 progress and I am there fore not getting any rewards for anything. I have tried quitting the hub and forza 6 then opening forza 6 and going on to the hub in the game and when I go on rewards and on forza 6 it’s telling giving me link go the xbox store to buy it. Any help would be appreciated

Ok, now not only are the points not updating in the hub I’m not getting rewards any longer and this is across all Forza games.
