I have been playing every Forza game for a long time and many of the games will not update on Forza rewards. I am currently playing Forza 4 and my stats are not updating at all. The achievements updated fine, but the miles driven, perfect passes, and everything else will not update. It has been many days and this is not the first time this has happened. I am pretty sure my stats have not updated properly in Horizon 1 either. It seems like the Xbox 360 games experience this issue way more than the Xbox One games. I am 59 points short of Tier 8 and I know I have earned those points, but it will not update. This problem needs to be fixed immediately.

There are MANY, MANY posts and threads on these forums about the Rewards system being inaccurate and T10 don’t seem to be able to actually get the system working properly for any length of time. The XB1 games are just as broken as the 360 games - it is the system itself, not the console.
I’m with you on this. Have been playing FM4 recently, but haven’t seen any change in any of the corresponding FM4 stats.
I remember this happening last year, when many folks were working to get their free Tier Rewards cars for the FM6 launch. During that time period, I did see the stats update properly, eventually.
Guess there’s nothing to do, but hope they get the stats updated soon, so folks can verify their Tier progress is being tracked.

I have the exact same problem. I know may driver level is much higher than it says when i check my stats. And also miles driven and so on…

mine updated 10 days agao, after that i grinded the last 80GS to get it to 1000GS, but till today it hasn’t updated. the driverlevel count did … xD
Additionally, the weekly reward/in-game message has not been issued for this or the previous week.
I have same problem…In FM4 reward page it says that i haven’t unlocked any achievement and i have only 1 car in the garage, but that’s not true!
Is there anything that i can do? FH3 points are upgrading regularly…
I love driving and I love racing, but I also enjoy trying to max my tier level. I have experienced reward update issues in every Forza game thus far. The newer games eventually update, but my stats in FM3 and FM4 are permanently screwed up with multiple issues on my rewards page. Too many to list. It’s frustrating because I want to reach Tier 11, but this won’t be possible unless Turn 10 decides to repair issues with their older games. Some things I realize will not be fixed like DLC and Token purchase rewards, but some can be and it would make me super satisfied if someone addressed some of these problems in the older games.
