Rewards - Fast & Furious Gamerscore frozen

I have unlocked every achievement Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious but my Rewards points for Gamerscore in that game are still below the max (this has been the case for over a week, so it’s not just a matter of waiting 48 hours for it to update). Has anyone else run into this? Any known fixes?

No known fixes and it is most definitely a known issue.
The Search function is also something that should be used prior to starting a new thread.
