Ok so I understand that Forza is not completely realistic, but is it maybe realistic enough to do some training before real world-driving classes? I certainly found it very easy to drive a Mitsubishi Lancer on automatic after many hour behind the wheel on FM3. Surely the physics and fidelity is massively improved now. I’d be willing to pay for DLC that had lessons in real world driving and preferably with local traffic sings and all that. Maybe its an entirely new title that needs to do this, but I’m actually suprised there is no digital driving school around.
If you play FM you learn a lot about driving line, trail braking and also weight shifting/balancing. Of coarse at some point you have to move on and play more realistic sim games, but Forza is definitely a start, considering that I learned how to drive manual in sim racing games before I did irl.
I wouldn’t really enjoy a driving school, because there are specific games that are made for driving in traffic, but a racing school would definitely be nice, like the licences in GT7, but different.
