Hi guys,

tomorrow the VIP Pass for FM6 is in the Xbox Ultimate Sale 2016 for half price.

1.Can I buy it or is is worth to buy it?

  1. I see here that in the past VIP Pass owner get special VIP Cars as gifts.
    Did I get all these cars too that are gifted in the past?

  2. The special is of the VIP Pass is that you get double money for a race.
    I have at home two Xbox One with two different account. If I buy it with my account did the
    other account get also double money for every race? or just the account who payed for the VIP Pass?

VIP only works with the account/gamertag that bought it…
the VIP gift cars are only cars already in the game with special paint jobs, there’s no certainty that you will get them

you do get a special VIP dlc 5 car pack though

If you have VIP on FM6 or FH2 you’ll get the Koenigsegg One:1 on FH3 as a reward when it’s out.

  1. It’s really up to you, in my opinion it is overpriced as a standalone package.

  2. You get a car a month, but as mentioned above, is just a car that is in-game already with a special livery.
    And as far I know, you won’t get the VIP cars from past months if you buy right now. I only bought the game in November, and I haven’t received the cars from October or September.

  3. The VIP perks, such as the doubled cash and the crown next to the gamertag are locked to the account that bought the VIP, all other accounts in the console won’t get those, but they’ll have access to the 5 cars from the VIP pack.

A little disappointing, but I can confirm you WON’T receive previously gifted VIP cars. I find it a bit oddas I seem to remember you DO get past VIP cars in FM5 and FH2

I got it yesturday while it was half off. Don’t know if it still is, but if you do plan on getting it, probably should do it now.

For what it’s worth, I’d say grab it ONLY if you want to double all winnings from any race, and obtain the various car packs which amount to 6 packs of 7 cars only avail via the packs. There’s no more bonuses for being a VIP in Forza 6 presently, as all DLCs from March onwards are able to be purchased from the Store.

Plus, any new DLCs will stop coming as of September this year. As once Horizions 3 is released, DLCs usually cease for any previous title.

So, you have to ask yourself, is the purchase of the VIP pass worth it if you want all the extra cars, and the 50% bonus credits you get from every race.

If it’s yes, then grab it, but if you’re only interested in playing the game without grabbing any extra cars, other than what you win in Spins etc, then give it a miss. In the end, it’s all down to what you think it’s worth.

I recently grabbed my son an Xbox One and grabbed him a VIP membership so he could have the same cars that I do. The DLCs will most likely come down in price soon, but if you add the total cost of 6 DLC packs and subtract the cost of the VIP pass, you’ll see the difference you’ll need to outlay IF you want all those cars and the 50% bonus credits per race.
