As it is on special this week in NA, I am looking into getting the VIP Pass. I understand it includes 5 immediate-use cars and in-game boosters to help "level"up and increase your credits, but also mentioned is “in game gifts”. I’ve searched here (although not all 90+ pages of posts! and you can’t search just the three letters VIP to make it too easy) but I don’t really know what those gifts would be. I assume they are vehicles. Can anyone detail what exactly they are/were?

In the first post you’ll see a list of Gift Cars that have been given out since launch. The ones given solely to VIP members are the “in game gifts” mentioned as a VIP benefit. VIP gift cars have typically come at the end of each month. They are in-game cars with custom liveries applied, painted by Turn 10 Community Team members Ayo Jube and Little Vixen.
I have one quick question. I won’t be getting the Xbox One till near the end of the month. If I were to purchase a VIP pass, am I locked out of the VIP gifts that came before the time I activate the pass?

There’s only been 3 or 4 and the cars are already in the game…they aren’t like unicorns or anything …they just have a special paint job .that’s all…you wont miss out on much
Oh ok, so it’s not a huge deal. I luckily got in on the tail end of the FM4 unicorn gifting and scored a couple great Ferrari unicorns. I won’t miss the paints much if it’s only a few.

Just FYI, they stopped updating VIP Rivals events which used to be monthly in other versions of Forza.
I don’t know why, but if that’s something your interested in, you’ll be disappointed.
Doesnt worth the money IMO. Dont regret it but now after 4 months i realize it wasnt necessary, even less idf you take account the way they are playing us with unicorns…
i guess getting double credits for every race, the VIP car pack and the monthy gift car isnt worth the money…
be nice once they started updating the VIP rivals, guessing they have had more important issues to fix though

Yes, posts like that (mine!) occur when you read the Deals with Gold section a bit too quickly. ; ) The VIP Passes for FH2 and Forza 5 are on sale, but lamentably not the one for Forza 6. My bad!
Does anyone know for definite if cars sent to VIPs will be there for new VIPs or not? I know they weren’t for 360 versions of forza but I think they were for forza 5 and horizon 2 possibly?
You get the vip car pack but you shouldnt expect to get the gift cars that have already been sent out
