Hi All,
Bought and downloaded FM6 Deluxe, I got all the extras (car pass, VIP etc, etc) however my son who plays and is a user on the same console, cannot get access to said extras any idea why?
I don’t know about the car pass but the VIP only works on one account.

I bought the same packet from the start. i noticed yesterday that they wanted me pay an additional $19.95 to use some of my cars… im hoping they will get that fixed as well…
Have you done a complete system hard restart of the Xbox One since you updated with all that? Sometimes things don’t quite register correctly without taking the extra step:
1 – from the Dashboard, out of all games, hold the X button on the front of the console down until it shuts the system down.
2 – Disconnect the external power from the wall plug (or at least disconnect the wall-side connector on the power pack itself.
3 – WAIT until all power drains from the external power pack (no light, either white or dull orange showing on the pack).
4 – Reconnect the power supply to the electrical outlet.
5 – Restart the console in the usual manner, i.e., either with the controller or a short push on the X button on the front of the X1.
6 – WAIT until the console self-checks and fully boots to the Dashboard before attempting anything.
If you don’t disconnect the external power pack and let the power completely drain out, the system is still retaining “old” stuff and not resetting.
Remember, too, FM6 just had a content update, and with the VIP, etc., stuff you do NOT need to seek out the downloads, they will come to you.
Hi, Yeah done the hard reset twice and no any further forward, very frustrated on this.
He should get access to the dlc packs but will need to pay for them with in game credits
VIP is only for the profile that paid for it
You can buy it for him from xbox.com if you really needed to

Quick question, I dont want to buy it from my brother(who is in the same situation as OP) . I want to purchase another VIP pack, but it wont allow me too, as it shows as already purchased on the XBOX. What do I do then?

I have the ultimate edition and the VIP Badge still hasn’t registered for mine, I have the status and perks of vip but no badge… I’ve tried hard restarts and Uninstall/reinstall… still no badge… Unless it’s for something else, but I don’t think so. Any thoughts?
Vin: This is a known shortcoming of the Forza Series; Xbox only allows a single license for VIP and/or Car Pass on a console - but there is a workaround if you don’t have a PC handy.
You’ll need to go into your account settings and declare “this is not my home Xbox” and delete the VIP DLC from your system memory (don’t worry, XBox servers will remember you bought it for yourself), buy the VIP DLC for your son, then sign on to your account and state “this is my home Xbox”. - ManteoMax has a the official summary at http://forums.forza.net/turn10_postsm38536_posts.aspx#post_38536- I made a few additions at http://forums.forza.net/turn10_postsm331197_VIP-Pass-Issue.aspx#post_331197
If your significant other / other children / frequently visiting friends want the VIP pack as well, remember everyone with the VIP pack needs to state “this is not my home Xbox” and delete from system memory before they can add VIP DLC. You only have a set number of times to claim your home Xbox each year; again, don’t worry, the folks at support.Xbox.com know about this issue and can reset your gamertag if you find yourself unable to rejoin.
Assuming you have Xbox Gold, you DON’T need to buy another car pass for your son unless he insists on receiving free cars in the garage as DLCs released. If he’s okay with paying for cars with credits, cars should be available for everyone using your console - he can piggyback off your purchase.
