Hey guys,
I downloaded and installed my vip membership, day one and limited edition add ons but there’s some stuff missing. First off I don’t have a crown next to my name and haven’t received a message from turn 10 saying that I’m vip. I also don’t have access to the vip rivals section, it tells me to pay 20$ for vip which doesn’t make since because it’s already installed. I also don’t have the tokens and I’m not getting the 2x credits when I level up. However all the day one, limited edition, and vip cars are available to buy with credits. Were any cars supposed to get gifted to me?
I emailed turn 10 but immediately after I received an automated email from them saying that they may or may not respond to my email. So I’m looking here for any help, thanks!
Make sure you don’t have anything stuck installing for FM5.
Then do a full reboot of your console - hold down the power on the console for 5 seconds (do not use the controller for this).
Thank you for the quick response. Forza 5 game is fully installed as well as the vip membership, day one and LE content. I have tried rebooting as you said but had no luck
Make sure you quit FM5,hit the big X button,the home screen on,move over to the FM5 pic, hit the little button with 3 lines ,select quit if FM5 is still running,do the shut down holding the x button on console for 5 or so seconds untill it shuts off,pull the power supply cord from wall or the power brick,wait at least 5 min and hook power back up and restart xbox,see if this works.

Any other ideas?
The only other thing i have heard of is uninstalling the game and only the game and then reinstall,wait untill 100% installed and not when it says ready to play!

Are there any other profiles on the console? In some cases DLC has been assigned to a different profile on the same console.
My profile is the only profile currently on the console. I bought the xbox used but the LE forza I bought myself with the code
Still no LE benefits for my account can anyone help resolve this please
