Who is best to contact about my in game issue.

My problem is that I can’t download any of my gift cars yet still havent had my tokens gifted and my tier reward money just vanished instantly??? How do I go about getting the items that I have paid for!!
I have uninstalled the game reinstalled it and so on this is becoming quite annoying.

Power down the console completely by holding the console power button (not the controller) until the console resets itself. Let us know what happens after that.
