So yeah, I have all the dlc downloaded, haven’t bought any of the cars once, and none of them are free. Car pass owner… Whats the point.?
Which did you buy first, the Car Pass or all the DLC downloads? Might make a difference, though I think not.
Have you tried a full reset of your Xbox One? From being logged in and in the Dashboard, hold the white X button on the console down until the unit shuts off. Then disconnect the wall-side plug from either the electrical outlet or the wall-side plug on the external power pack. Let it sit for about three minutes, letting all the power drain out.
Then reconnect the power, note the light on the power pack is full, then start the console as you normally do, and see how the DLC behaves.
I suggest a hard boot of your console. It may fix the issue.
I actually wish the DLC cars WEREN’T free. The new cars every month gave me something to spend my millions on, pre-FM5.
I actually claim the free cars, delete them, then repurchase the ones I really want. I am aware this means I’m crazy BTW.
Hard reset twice I’ll try it again, and I downloaded the VIP first then car pass.
Hard reset done, thats with the waiting time and nope. All the cars still cost CR and none have the little orange free ticket.

It wouldn’t bother me that the cars cost, but it says in writing I should get certain things for owning the VIP and car pass and i haven’t been given them.
Bugs like this shouldn’t be persistent so long after launch.
