Hi, sorry if this has been discussed before but i could not find it. I purchased the Car Pass for Horizon 2 and downloaded it. It is showing up on my XBox One in the game listing. When i downloaded it worked fine i collected the free cars and put them in my garage. But today when i have gone to play and tried using one of the cars from the car pass, it is showing in my garage and shows it’s been downloaded and when i click on it it takes me to the page to either pay for it singualary or buy the car pass at again. I checked back on my consoles dashboard and the car pass is till installed but i don’t want to uninstall as i don’t wish to pay for it again. Any suggestions would be greatfully accepted.
Hello my name is Widau, and i am a bit confused. I have downloaded the Car pass+VIP and i still have to pay for DLC cars with in game Money. I have tried uninstalling both packs to see if that would work but it did not. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help me. Thank you in advanced!

First, all of you check the download and make sure it is 100% completed. If that is correct, go into the Dashboard, totally out of any game play, sign out of Xbox Live, then push and hold the glowing X button on the front of the console until the system shuts itself down. Then disconnect the external wall pack from the wall outlet or at least the wall-side connector on the power pack. Wait about three minutes so all the power drains completely.
Then reconnect the power, watch the external power pack to see when the glow of active dims so you see it is full charged again and in standby mode. Then start the console again as you normally do. Now launch FH2 and go into the Horizon Festival grounds and the Horizon Auto Show and the Buy Car section. The cars with the little box and downward arrow should now show as FREE in the left-hand column.

Seeing the same thing as well & I just got the game last night.
I bought the game at launch and I am just seeing this problem now myself. The funny thing is I have many DLC cars in my GARAGE, but if I try to get in one it says I have to buy the DLC. This is p***ing me off.
I’ll try tomorrow and report back. I am busy at the moment on my ps4 and DriveClub. 
I bought the vip car pass yesterday and was also under the impression you get these cars for free. I have checked in the packs to see if I need to download them but it says the cars have already been purchased but I still need to purchase them with the in game currency. My cousin has the vip pass and he got the cars for free. Please advise. Thanks
Yesterday I purchased the vip pass for forza horizon 2 and was under the impression that the cars with that pass you get for free. They have downloaded yet in game I still need to purchase these cars from the autoshow with the in game currency, yet if I go into the car pack it says the cars have been purchased. Can you please help with this issue. My cousin has the vip pass and he can purchase the cars for free! Many thanks Ben
happening for me too. never happened prior to this last DLC pack.
Bummer. It looks like it is something on the server side, not an individual issue. We’ll need to wait until the developers get an investigation done to figure out what is happening.
I have the same issue. Purchased the Car Pass yesterday morning and installed all the packs, went into the game and did not have access to the cars from the packs. I did a restart and still did not have the cars. I figured maybe there was just a delay in recognizing my purchase.
I tried again this morning. Now I have access to the cars, but none of them are free to purchase in the autoshow. Also, I noticed my tokens were missing.
The only thing I can add to conversation is, I know when you get a car pack your supposed to get the car free 1 time. Should you remove it from your garage for whatever reason and then decide you want it again you have to pay for it. I also know that if someone else is playing the game on their profile on your console, they reep none of the benefits you may have. Such as VIP, car packs, Storm Island. I have VIP and Car Pack and have never had any problems with anything. My wife started messing around in the game on her profile. All of the cars from the car packs and VIP were there at the autoshow to purchase but werent free. Also when she gets a wheel spin, it isnt a VIP wheelspin.
Yes, there is another thread here about Tokens, so I believe the issues are related. Until the developers can figure out what has caused the issue(s), they can’t fix it. 
add me to the list. last car pack is properly downloaded but the cars are all showing full price.
This is the first pack this has happened to though.
I have a similar issues I purchased a significant amount of tokens saw the additional tokens, purchased a car got the deductions, game online transaction and no car and tokens now taken away… I emailed forza and they
replied overwhelming emails from everyone. Hope they fix this soon. I got the Xbox one just for the forza games. I hope I don’t regret it
I’ve got the same issues as everyone else.
I’ve got some downloadable cars to purchase still (for free) , but they are not free anymore also the tokens are still missing.
