I bought the car pass in FH2 yesterday, and I didn’t get the content I paid for. Anybody else had this issue?
I believe it says something as a disclaimer about “be patient, your content might take up to 24/48 hours to get to your Xbox” or something like that.
You buy the seasons pass, then download the packs included in the seasons pass.
Really? I thought as soon as you purchase the car pass you get a notification that the packs will start downloading. (That’s what happened to me.)
I also bought a big bundle of DLC content (incl. Car Pass) and literally nothing is available for free in the car shop. Only the message that I have to pay for DLC pack or Car Pass was removed. All must be bought with CR or tokens. So I also didn’t get what I have paid for. Seems to be standard situation here.

I bought a bundle as well and I think it was two days before the cars were appearing as free. Be patient, hopefully it will work for you!
Be patient? It was more than month ago… during this time I received several weekly rewards but none of the cars was added to car shop/autoshow as available for free.
They simply don’t care. Not Microsoft nor Turn 10.

I just bought the 2 fast & furious packs on sale, and didn’t get the free cars either. Seems glitched. Xbox support offered to refund the packs if they don’t fix it, but I can’t seem to find a contact for support for the game.
I can confirm this. You’ll have to go through usual troubleshooting routine guided via chat (for me it required 2 sessions) which always ends up with resetting your console. This will not help and you can then claim for refund. I was refunded for whole Forza Horizon 2 Complete pack. Everybody should do the same. Maybe that will teach them (Turn 10 / Microsoft) how to make properly working games to not loose their money.
