Forza 6 lighting bug

Sorry for posting this again, as I already posted this in the bug collection. But since this is a huge bug affecting the whole game, I thougt other people, having the same problem, may want to comment on this.

I just bougt Forza 6 and I have some problems with the light. My own car (not the cars of the npc’s) gets black squares on it texture if it is unter direct sunlight (see the screenshots). There are also small black squares in the spotlight of all cars at night races. Is there anyone with the same problem and is there some solution for it?

Update:
Another thing I noticed: There are no sqares on the cars when I didn’t used theme before. However after the first race with a car, the car will be displayed with the black dots on it.

Step 1 - try a different HDMI cable

Step 2 - try the game on another console

Step 3 - confirm if this is happening in other games or media

Step 4 - Reinstall if your console and HDMI cable are ok

Bonus step - Make sure you don’t have 50Hz/24Hz enabled (doesn’t make much difference as that applies to TV and Bluray movies) and check to see if the correct collect depth is selected from the display settings.

If it’s an 8-bit panel you’re using, it should be 24 bits. 10-bit, 30 bits. 12-bit panel, 36 bit and so on. Also switch back and forth between RGB and Standard color space.

I believe there may be something wrong with your GPU or HDMI cable. Go through the steps to determine the culprit. Have you also tried completely disconnecting and reconnecting your console? What about a hard reset?

I don’t have much Games to compare with, however there are no similar effect in GTA5 or Halo.

I reinstalled the game via BluRay-disc and via online download, without any success.

Rewired everything and did a hard reset (long press of the Xbox-console button). I also tried a factory reset.

Is there a way to check if the GPU of my XBox is allright (something like a harware test tool)? However even if the last image looks like theres something wrong with my GPU its very stange that just my owen car is affected by the black sunlight squares.

Hmmm…

Have you cleared Local Saved Games and re-sync save with the cloud? It may be a corrupt save.

If this step fails too, your game copy may be faulty. Might want to contact the retailer and see what their exchange/returns policy is.

Yeah I tried it without the old savegame. I also tested the disc on another console. It was running without problems. It realy seems to be a hardware issue. Thank you for your support!
