At launch the Xbox Live Rewards Virtual Key Instant Win Sweepstakes was the only way for physical copy players to obtain the pack as “currently there are no plans for this pack to be sold separately.” However, in May Brian Ekberg announced that in June “the Hoonigan Car Pack will be available for purchase by everyone – and if you’ve got the Car Pass, the Hoonigan Cars will be included.”^
