If the status is âExclusive - TBAâ then thereâs no way to know when it will become available. Turn 10 has not announced when past released Exclusive models will be offered again either.
This whole âexclusive carsâ thing has just been plain silly. This is like the Unicorn Cars thing all over again, pretty much. And IIRC, there were rumors that T10 was not going to do unicorns from Forza 5 onwards⌠guess they went back on that⌠not hating, but, some of the cars that are exclusive make no sense in being exclusive, like the standard 2014 Chevy Super SportâŚ

ManteoMax, and whoever else can help me, Is there another opportunity to earn the 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS FE and other cars that one could have missed? For example, I participated in the ForzaRC Rivals 1 event, and yet I havenât received the Chevelle. On a similar note, I also beat all rivals in the Forza Ladder Challenge, including Triton, and yet no cars neither driver suits. I know Iâm not the only one who is experiencing this, but I am curious. Thoughts?
As someone else has suggested, there could be a similar situation to previous Forzathon issues where some players were affected and some not. I donât know if thatâs the case here.
To avoid issues however, players should make sure they have plenty of room in their garages (well less than the 900 car limit) to receive new cars (including both DLC and rewards), and check Xbox Live privacy settings to be sure you can download content. Even if your setting allows it, it might not be a bad idea to save the opposite setting, then go back and change it to the Allow setting as a way of toggling the network. As always, reboot and check again.
Unless a car is visible as an upcoming reward for Leagues or Forzathon, or has been announced for some coming event, thereâs no way to know if/when there will be another opportunity to earn a locked car, because T10 has only announced specific models as they come up, not the whole roster or all future opportunities.
