The people making tracks, cars, and playlists have nothing to do with coding bug fixes.
A 3d modeler, artist, designer doesn’t also just know C++.

I mean, another boring in design oval track. OK ![]()
hope they’d at least will bring back city tracks (Rio, Praga, maybe some from earlier installments of FM series etc). I’ve really looked forward to see them with updated graphics, yet here we are.
I would like to have Albert Park Circuit (Australia), Circuit de Monaco, Mount Panorama Circuit in Bathurst (Australia) in the game. The game really needs some city circuits. Well and Bathurst is awesome because of the huge height difference.
Too bad they seem to have done more planning & preparation for churning out content than they did for designing & delivering enough fun & functional things for racers to do with all that content.
I wish they’d prioritize quality over quantity.
T10 will just release content who’s already made and when they’ll be done with it the support will stop. They just need to honor the car pass for any idiot, like me, who got the deluxe edition beliving in them. No bugs fix, no proxy radar, no save replay fix, no idea and no counter for rammer in multiplayer, no ai improve for single player. They just wait for the playerbase to be so low than nobody will complain anymore and the game will be just “one more gamepass title to try for a couple of days”.
I don’t want to say… but
there is only one track update every month?
This game is missing a lot of tracks…
Hey Turn 10!
I seen the 4.0 update video, and I have a great idea to improve the next one. Instead of asking someone to read the AI prepared text, just be authentic and have Microsoft Aria, the TTS bot read the next press release.

I can understand there not being many fixes given it’s been the holidays but if you are going to say there’s essentially no fixes and you have to wait for Update 5 then the very least you can do is say when that will be out.
I really have to wonder why there is a track voting forum because it really doesn’t seem like it matters at all, but at least Yas Marina and Hockenheim have 3-4 different layouts. This is one layout and a big circle.
Still going on with the time-limited career events. It sure would be a shame to flesh out the career in any meaningful way.
February 23rd start of V8 Supercar championship, would be awesome to have an update around then putting the Gen 3 Camaro, Mustang and Bathurst into the game. Then later on adding some of the street circuits.
FOMO has kicked me in the groin hard this month, and it sucks. I’ve recently experienced some flooding issues in my gaming room. Things are not going to be restored for at least several more weeks, which means I have very limited time to be able to game on the one other (shared) TV in the house. I’d really love to be able to add the Alfa to my garage this month, but because of these lame FOMO tactics, it’s looking like I’m going to miss out.
I think what burns me the most is that these “reward cars” are all ALREADY IN THE GAME. They’re not extra dlc, they’re all just sitting there already on our hard drives, but unable to be used because Turn 10 have decided to keep them artificially locked away unless we’re good little boys and girls and agree to grind to boost their player engagement numbers by chasing their dangling carrots every month.
This needs to stop. If T10 want to continue with the monthly events, fine. If people choose to do the events, they immediately get access to the reward car in question, fine. But at least give the rest of us who have either chosen not to participate or who aren’t able to (for whatever reason), the opportunity to purchase the reward cars at a later date. Make us wait a month or two before it shows up in the dealership, that’s fine.
People shouldn’t be punished for not playing the game and be made unable to obtain cars they love or may have a special bond with IRL. This game was supposed to be all about finding and creating “bonds” with that special car, right? Isn’t that what we’re being told was the mindset behind the whole carPG grindfest? Well it’s pretty hard to bond with a car when it’s locked away behind an artificial wall.
It’s been said many times before, but it absolutely bears repeating: FOMO needs to go.
Forza’s updates are seemingly on a 4 week cadence, so you can break out the calendar and figure it out from there.
Game is desperately in need of fixes and adjustments, and they are still sticking to the “plan”.
Okay, they had holidays off, everybody deserves it, we can understand that there is no fixes and changes to the game… BUT! But if they cared, they should at least give us two tracks, and new cars, or A NEW track, or a most voted track…
Instead of that, they are giving recycled track, with less layouts, and blocked off pit lane…
If Polyphony finally decides to update chase cam on GT7 XBOX, FM and T10 will never get my money again!
This ponzi scheme of a “game” doesn’t have anything to do with motorsport nor the people working on it have!
I know it’s popular to hate on this game, but I’m excited about this update, and I’m sure some patches will come along with it. I know large updates take time, so I’m optimistic for the future. In regards to MP, I’m hoping for more balance in GT and Touring, nerfing the OP cars for a more even playing field, longer races for more strategy, and a better system to separate good drivers from the bad, whether that be through more active ghosting or rolling starts (The penalty system wasn’t designed for this amount of chaos). I would also love to see my stats at some point too.
I know the major issues surrounding progression, matchmaking and regulations will not be fixed in this update, but I am hoping that Turn 10 have managed to find something to alleviate the following:
They have to add it at some point, I think Brands Hatch is coming sooner than that though. That and Long Beach.
Once it comes it’ll be a good time to get good at Bathurst because it’s not my strong suit tbh. If you asked me to drive it right now I’d crash because it isn’t muscle memory at all. Aussies are rubbing off on me lol.
They were on a 4 week cadence. Have to see what 2024 brings.
Stop with the content updates and focus on fixing your game, are you guys really gonna take like half a year to fix the replay system on multiplayer?
If Turn 10 still exists as a full-fledged first-party developer after May, I’ll be shocked. I feel like we’re just counting down the days now until Microsoft does to Turn 10 what EA did to DICE in the wake of Battlefield 2042’s woes - which is pulling Forza from Turn 10 and relegating them to support studio status.
Yes, maybe the new strategy is ‘deliver more than announced’. Maybe something in the graphics will improve. There is enough space for this.
