just looked you up, judging by your achievements and if you’re playing under the GT- Grenambo, You still have a lot to do. Haven’t found your first barn find or finished all of the stories or pr stunts. So yeah if you just wanted to grind out the races as quickly as possible without taking time for other things or you have no interest in doing the other things then its time to pick up a new game bud. But if you’re still looking for something to do, try pr stunts, stories, finding all bonus boards and driving all roads, collecting cars(see you only have like 80, not even close to 25% of the cars in game) if you don’t want to do any of those i guess your FH4 journey has come to an end until expansions come out.
Now someone like me who TRULY has completed everything on the 6th. I’ve just been grinding out online to reach level 20 in each class. Drag and road racing is 20 but I need to get dirt, cross country and street races to level 20. Thats all I have left aside from the new seasonal events.
Some people just want to race… I did some stuff… but ultimately, i just want to tune and race cars that I like, in racetypes that I like, with real people…
In the end, every racing game is about racing…
And he did complete exactly that aspect of the game.
And honestly,. Why should I collect all cars? Alot of cars just dont have my interest. I think it makes perfectly sense that he hasnt completed ‘all the things to do’ like me, he probably doesnt really care about those things that dress up the game… Atleast, if I speak for myself, I dont.
I don’t believe he’s telling him what to do, just pointing out what he hasn’t done, and listing things left to do. Also included that if those other things didn’t interest him, then he’s probably done with the game.
It’s a racing game. You continue to do races whether it’s a new track every time or not. It’s not a platformer or campaign FPS where you just checkmark your way through stages until you get to the end then you’re done. And FH3 had a limited number of events, too. Then it made you replay them all in batches for the sake of completion, but that didn’t make them new and it’s ultimately no different than just replaying the events in FH4 though some people were apparently fooled by it.
It’s not that it fooled some people but it gave people a reason to redo routes for a larger bonus. Championships yield more credits and experience they also give you reasons to buy n try out cars you otherwise wouldn’t assuming you do the preset championship n don’t just create your own . It’s really quite a simple feauture that added a lot of replay value. I don’t understand why people are justifying its removal when all it does is hurt the experience and give you less options than the previous horizon . As it stand now what you complete all the courses there’s no reason to go back n re run an exhibition other than a very small credit payout . So what I’m supposed to grind the same exibition for a small 12k credits til I get to the necessary 30 million required to buy all the large houses . I’ve stopped even playing the game becuz I don’t want to progress through tut too quickly . I’m just doing the season events and a few or stunts here n there. But it I really sat with the game for a couple days n long play sessions if just blast through the majority of the single player content becuz the replay value has been shot
Blueprints? Can’t blueprint championships and I really miss that for replay value
Rivals? Rivals have been gutted. I could spend years in rivals alone testing and building cars and attacking leaderboards but now they are a restrictive mess I have no interest in.
Forzathon Live? Uhg! If you have done one you have done them all. I hate speed zones and drift zones anyway so I stay as far away from these as I can.
Team Adventure? Sucks. No solo racing and NO CHOICE of racing class. Getting dumped into an S2 championship is my idea of torture.
Route Creator? OK finally something I am looking forward to. But the lack of blueprinted championships will detract from how ever good this thing will actually be
doing blueprints is pointless when there’s no reason to buy anything since i already got all the cars i wanted since the game lacks grinding and just throws everything at you fast and easy
played some rivals and found it a frustrating waste of time… u gotta beat someone’s time while dodging incoming traffic and get time penalized if u as much as touch another car , who came up with this stupidity?
forzathon live is the lamest thing in the game… just the same 3 challenges every time and the rewards are pretty much useless… forzathon live is completely pointless.
i haven’t played PvP yet since i already know it’s a frustrating ramming fest and i got a bigger chance of winning the lottery than finish in 1st place
Why is everyone so obsessed in Championships? It is basically taking 3 random races, call it championship and let you race them again. If you want to race championships, race 3 races back to back. There you go. Is it interesting? no
How about we make super championships that make you run all races of the entire game from each location. Then you need years to complete Forza Horizon, woohooo… endless content. But is it fun? no.
Championships were a crutch, nothing more, nothing less. I would rather take meaningful competitions, like higher difficulty tiers, class tiered rivals and stuff like that.
There is an easy fix: Make events show up as completed only in the season you completed them in. And suddenly you have 280 events and an actual reason for seasons. Don’t know why that is not a thing, riggt now you have to manually track if you did one in a specific season.
Why can’t people just take their favourite car, tune it up a bit and explore the map? Or wait for the route creator update to go live. Or complete the story missions or be creative.
Personally I found championships in FH3 a little unnecessary. Pick at least 3 races, win them all, do it again. Seasonal championships spice things up as you now get at least a decent reward for completing the championships, compared to, well, getting no bonuses at the conclusion of FH3’s championships.
Some of you take this game too seriously, when this game isn’t meant to be taken seriously.
Personally found the championships on FH3 a grind. I did it for the achievement picture which is now on my Xbox dashboard.
In my opinion FH games shouldn’t be a grind, and I think that’s something they’re nailing with FH4, if you get fed up with one aspect of the game, switch to another.
not 2 weeks… it felt more like a couple of days…and i didn’t play non stop, i went to sleep like normal people , i’d wake up and play for a while then close the game and play later
it’s not that i played like crazy the game just doesn’t have that many race events and you finish them really fast
